Chad smiled contently as he found that not only did he have enough brushes for his employees, but he had a few extra. Maybe Reagan would consider coming down for the afternoon... "Hello, Monsieur Wolverton," he replied, putting the brushes down onto the table and reaching over to shake the man's hand. "Are you finding everything you are looking for alright?" |
"Well, sort of." Ian replied with a half smile. "My only real problem is, I've been here a day now, and I've found a desk and everything, the thing is, no one's actually told me what my job, well, um...is." he finished, looking a little bit awkward. Hopefully his lack of knowledge wouldn't get him fired. "It's a little problematic." |
missy enters the room and black dress and a black hat she sat in a chair and dranl her coffee." hello mr.strker i'm missy blair riddle" what are the panit brushes for she asked nicely |
A meeting? James HATED meetings. Mainly because he would be expected to talk and his stutter became ten times worse when he was nervous and put on the spot. Donning a pair of bright red trousers and a chequered gingham shirt, the tall blonde man shuffled into the Conference room and quietly took a seat, glancing at the few people who had arrived already. He knew none of them. Gulp |

Errr. "You doing okay there," Chad called. |
Ian laughed a little, before re-settling himself. "No, I mean, I'm aware of what my job is, I know the title and the department...it's just...well, no one's really given me anything to, well...do." he said, with another little, awkward smile. He decided to drop it for the moment, and sit down, twiddling one of the paintbrushes between his fingers. "Not that it bothers me or anything.." |
Emerald walked in to the room. It's her first time in a meeting. Emmy don't what's going on. She walked up to the head and said. "Hello. I hope I'm not late for the meeting." she said casually. "So what's going on?" |
Missy she asked everyone if the want a dount she'll go get them if the ask her to because she getting a bagel and dounts for herself and a cup of Dr pepper |
Nikos walked into the office and noticed that they were going to have another meeting. He was gonna take the day off, since he didn't have much work, and go fishing, but he didn't mind meetings. They gave him a chance to see his coworkers from other departments. Sauntering in the room wearing a red tshirt and jeans, with his coffee cup in hand he smiled at his coworkers. A lot of new faces he hadn't seen before, he made note to chat with them when he had the time. "Good day, Stryker." He greeted the man, as he took a seat near the coffee. Leaning back in his chair with ease, he waited for the meeting to begin while sipping his coffee. |
Whistling down the river- no, the hallway, Leo took his time to look around the department. It was quite homey in here, and nice. "Beautiful place, isn't it?" he asked the cute crup in his arms - which he had yet to name. He couldn't leave him alone in his office, so he opted to take him with him. Guessing that every floor looked about the same, Leo headed towards the frenchman's office, but not gettin a reply, he assumed he was at the conference room. And that was probably also in the same direction as the Education Department's conference room, right? Aaaaaaaaah, yes. Here it was! Stopping the whistling, Leo poked his head through the door and knocked at the same time. "Good day, everyone! Hope you don't mind me stopping by?" The crups' tail started waggling at the sight of all the new people in there. |

Hearing about a meeting going on, Fionn headed over to the conference room to hear what was going on. Making sure she wasn't wearing anything too fancy, she wore just a black pencil skirt and a red ruffled blouse, along with her signature black stilettos. Putting on a sweet smile, she walked into the conference room and noticed a few faces she had seen around the office, but hadn't talked too. She was busy with paperwork and dealing with selling her cottage back in Ireland to some muggles, so talking to co-workers wasn't entirely on her to-do list. Spotting the District Head, she walked over and smiled. "Monsieur Stryker, it is a pleasure to finally meet you." She had been busy and so had he with the whole animal break out. She didn't really want to bombard him with just an acquaintance. |

Elliot had not been around for a while. Things at home were crazy and he couldn't explain to any one how he was feeling. He took a minor leave of absence and thought it was best to just not be in the office at all. But now he was ready for his return. He felt confident that things were going to start looking up for himself. He stepped into the conference room (late) of course, he was always late. And took a seat hoping to catch up on whatever he missed. |
Ian smiled back at Chad. The man seemed pretty nice. It was just too bad that he didn't have any work to do, but at least he wasn't going to get fired for doing nothing. He settled back into his chair and watched as people flooded into the room. He realized that he knew absolutely none of these people. This is...slightly awkward he thought, trying to avoid anyone's stare. Normally, he was very forward, but today, it seemed that quality had left him. |

Drago made his way in, keeping away from others as much as possible, feeling more than a little antisocial. He was in little mood for idiocy or tactlessness, and he knew some of the employees that were prone to it. For the first time in a long time, his expression was completely blank, his eyes revealing nothing. The brushes, however, was vaguely intriguing, even if he wasn't willing to show it at this point. After all, he'd long been a painter, but he doubted it would be anywhere near what he had done before. Actually, he still had some paintings trying to get away... |
Missy comes back with her Dr pepper and bagel and donuts.she said hello to drago I'm Missy and I'm new to the department |
Someone was speaking to him. He glanced over to her, deciding to keep his tongue in check. After all, she was a new employee, and it wouldn't do get get off on a bad foot with her. "Drago Carracio," it rolled off his tongue in a rich voice as he held a hand out to her. "Beings Division." |
missy shakes his hand how are you today she said |
Testy? Touchy? Antisocial? Unwilling to deal with people but deciding to do so anyway because the paranoid doctor who doesn't know you said you should? Because he hasn't committed me again. Spoil sport. "I am doing well," he said smoothly, not revealing the conversation in his head. Occluding no longer stopped it, but he tried anyway. "I trust you are getting to know the place?" |

Looking around, she noticed more people coming in. A few keeping to themselves like she would be doing. Keeping a permanent small smile on her lips, she walked over to the table and sat down in a cushioned seat. Only seeing brushes, she had no idea what the meeting would be about. |
