Make sure to look at it every morning (and perhaps again right before you go home at the end of the day) in order to stay up to date with the current happenings in the department.

Junior Undersecretary to the Minister of Magic

With the recent hire of our new Minister for Magic, the Minister's Ofice is now hiring a Junior Undersecretary to work alongside our Senior Undersecretary, January Bones, and our Minister, Charles Hollingberry.

The Junior Undersecretary is an integral part of the Minister's Office and helps the department as a whole run smoothly. If hired, you will be assisting the Senior Undersecretary in coordinating and communicating with liaisons from each and every department. You will attend meetings of most importance and assist in the bettering of the department and the Ministry as a whole. The position also includes the overseeing of the Job Task Board and assisting Level One employees with any task they may require your assistance in.

While this is not a position for the faint of heart, we encourage all to apply. A great personality can sometimes win over a perfect résumé.

If you are interested in applying, please direct your résumés and cover letters to the office of January Bones, Senior Undersecretary, Level One. We are committed to finding a perfect match; therefore, the interview and hiring process may be lengthy. Please only apply for this position if you are seriously committed to the tasks ahead of you.

Feeling Drained and Stressed Out? We have the thing for you!

The Department of Magical Games and Sports have been working to implement a new Wellness Plan for all employees of the Ministry of Magic. This will help improve health and fitness throughout the building.

Each employee will be receiving a step counter courtesy of Landon's Fitness, Quality Quidditch Supplies, and St. Mungo's. Employees will also be given a packet of up and coming activities that these same sponsors are helping get off the ground, including some fitness classes, healthier food options, and a Ministry-wide health screening.

The Ministry does already have a few things in place with the fitness room available to all employees on level seven, health and care unit in the Atrium, and the relaxation pods located in the Atrium as well. Employees can look forward to more additions soon.

With this Wellness Plan, your Ministry department heads are hoping to create a happier and healthier environment.

Dear Botany Division employees,

we've been asked to greenify the Ministry, and Division Head, Archer Burton, in cooperation with his wife, has designed a calming plant specifically for the use around the Ministry. Its overall appearance and usage promotes calmness and we hope Ministry employees will take a liking to it. Attached to this notice there's a small hand-drawn poster of the plant for you to take a closer look at*. Additionally, you should have a closer look at the plant(s) themselves, currently growing in our greenhouses.

As employees of the Botany Division, it will be your job to promote this plant around the Ministry and to answer any questions that might arise. Below, please find the department you've been assigned to:

Hello everyone,

I hope you are all doing well. Or as well as you can. If you need help with anything, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'll do my best to direct you to the right people and help in any way I can.

We are still working on proper procedures and future projects and assignments within the Ministry, especially with regard to rebuilding everything that has been damaged during the war. I will of course keep you updated. In the meantime, please continue working on your given assignments - if you are unsure of what to do, please visit me in my office.

In the meantime, I've been approached by community organizers who have asked for our support in repairing a local Muggle park that's been hit particularly hard. If you would like to volunteer and/or help provide materials such as appropriate (mundane!) plants and seeds, please let me know.

OOC: The RP was thought up by our lovely Ashley and I just wanted to make everyone aware that it's going on as it of course plays in the same time and RPG universe as the Ministry RPG. You do NOT in any way have to check in with me about joining the RP of course. You also don't have to join in at all, of course. You may of course assume your DERP character provided assistance in the form of seeds, plants, garden hoes etc. Whatever you can come up with. You can of course also play your DERP character and/or other characters in the St. Mungo's thread I linked to. Just follow the area's rules.

We'll have some more initiatives to get Diagon Alley and the Ministry back to normal...or maybe even to make it better than it was before the Neo Alliance. I'll be sending you a PM soon about this too. We'll have a lot of opportunity to help rebuild everything that's been destroyed and make it better, more green. If you have any questions about how the Community Project ties into our work here at DERP, don't hesitate to come to me.
