Memos With all the activity going on in the department most of the time you will get a memo right to your desk or an owl to where you are working when new things need to be said, but if you think you might have missed something Conley always puts a sticky on the memo board right outside his office. So come over and check out what is new or what is going on. |

Due to the increase in foreign tourist traffic caused by the Quidditch World Cup, all Foreign Relations and Immigration officers are requested to patrol Diagon Alley and conduct random checks on travel visas. Anyone found to be in the country without proper travel paperwork should be brought back to the Ministry to complete the proper forms and/or for immediate transport out of the country. Any visa issues that are not Tourism Visas, should be brought directly to Katja Westergaard or Conley Phora. |

Committee for Foreign Relations With the recent capture of American Wizard Jack Roller, communication and requests from MACUSA have been increasing. Foreign Relations Officers please pay special attention to requests from MACUSA Ambassador Hilary Pen (Bazinga). Any requests regarding Roller’s upcoming trial should be directed to me immediately. Office of Immigration: Immigration Officers, it is again that time of year when you should be making contact with any new employees or transfers from other ministries to make sure they are adjusting properly to life in Britain and to work within the Ministry. In addition, DIMC had been inundated with requests from various witches and wizards requesting to study the anomaly and its effects on the environment currently engulfing Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. We have been directed to accommodate as many of these requests as possible. Please work with DERP and Mysteries to make sure that our visitors are able to assist with and not hinder any of our Ministry’s own investigations. Consulate employees all paperwork for visitors working on the anomaly/with the Minsitry and from MACUSA need to be triple checked and properly completed and filed. This is especially important regarding wand permits. International Magical Trading Standards With the increase in traffic from America and France, Testers should pay extra attention to imports and exports. We don’t want any subpar products flooding the market. Undercover Buyers, there have been reports from India stating that stolen phoenixes are being exported to Britain. Feel free to reach out to CMC for help in regard to collecting, handling, and returning of any confiscated birds. Ambassador Sachin Singh-Phora (FearlessLeader19) should be informed if any phoenixes are found. There have also been reports from France and around Britain of graffiti and anti-muggle sentiments materializing. Please keep an eye out for any activities and report them to MLE. Regarding the Press As always, any activities that take place in DIMC are subject to confidentiality. International Magical Cooperation (IMC) has been alerted that rogue dragons have been sighted in various countries. The purpose of this mission is to return the escaped dragons to the Welsh Dragon Reserve. What? Dragon Retrieval Mission Who? Department of Magical Creatures (MC), International Magical Cooperation (IMC), and Dragonologists* willing to help When & Where? September 12, 2104 / Lofoten, Norway This is the last stop on a month-long tour of capturing the dragons released by the Alliance members from the Reserve Field Trip. It would be IC knowledge for those participating that the following dragons have already been captured and returned to the reserve in Wales:
