ooc: Sorry that I haven't been here lately, folks. I'm back.

Mike watched and listened as Nat asked the man questions. The woman was a pro. He hardly had any time to ask any questions! Chuckling in his mind, he took a sip of his coffee as he listened to the answers that Armen gave them. Not very helpful really.

Then it came. His moment to ask a question. Though there really wasn't any questions he could ask. Nat had pretty much already asked all the questions they had came up with.

"Ooh ooh. I've got a question for you... Mr. Recard.." Mike said as he set his cup down on the table. "So you said that you haven't noticed anything peculiar... can you try to think some more? Anybody that you noticed was missing? Anything that you noticed was strange? It could be the littlest thing."

Blaze sat watching his two employees, deciding to take more of a back seat on this one as they seemed to be doing fine without him. He was still there should they need anything though.

Pink briefcase in one hand and a cup of coffee in the other, Bella Greingoth entered the level six conference room. There was a slight bounce in her step and a little smile on her face. She was more than just a little excited at the news she was about to reveal to her employees! She was positive they'd be just as excited once the meeting got underway and the latest and greatest happenings were revealed. She took a seat at the head of the table and opened her briefcase. A paper or two...or three or four...flew out, and she took a moment to chase them around the room. Good thing none of the employees were present. That would have been a tad...embarrassing. Once the paperwork was in tact, she took a seat and waited for her employees to arrive.

Megan immediately headed towards the conference room after finding out about the meeting, she was definately curious to find out exactly what Bella had to say, as she pondered the possibilities, she realized that she entered the conference room without actually paying any attention to where she was going, that could have ended up quite differently.

She took a seat roughly in the middle of the table, crossing her right leg over her left and resting her hands on the table.

Natalia had received the notice the Head of the Division had sent. She made sure she was looking presentable as she left the portkey office. On one hand was her envelope where she kept all her files and she's ready to go. She was thinking she's again late for the meeting, she crossed her fingers. Luckily, when she peaked at the conference door, it was empty except for one woman sitting at the head of the table. She's Mrs. Greingoth, Natalia recognized. No clumsiness today, Nat, she told herself. She beamed and totally pushed open the door.

Just as soon as she had entered another employee had joined her. Seems like she was familiar, she beamed at her and took her seat beside her.

Luriken sauntered in with his robes over one arm and a cup of coffee in the other hand. With a lazy smile he greeted his head of department and co-worker "Morning." he said with his mouh slightly slanted he found a seat close enouh to her and sat on the right side of the table. Hanging his coat over the arm of the char he leaned back and brought his coffee to his mouth and took a sip.

Meeting? Conference? Darla simply felt that the Ministry had not been the job she wanted because today she was really suppose to party. Party where? She had no idea. But she did NOT want to go into a meeting. Especially with that ice cream woman around her. EW. Almost got her fired. ALMOST. She muttered words under her breath as she reached the door. How dare that woman ruin her fun day. How dare she? How DARE she. But yes, oh yes, Darla was still eating those... delicious chocolates that were suppose to calm her down.

Retrieving the small box from her huge pocket, she decided to snatch one of the truffles and eat one whole. MMMMMmmmm. "Yummmy," she said, her eyes eying the door in front of her. She suddenly felt... calm. Ahhhhh. Yes. Peaceful. RELAXED.

So that lady was lucky today, nope, Darla Lala Puff would not get fired from the Ministry today for attempted murder--but someday. Someday that would happen. She was QUITE well sure of it. Hmmmm.

Opening the door, her eyes first laid on... her. Under the effects of those Composure Chocolates, she smiled sweetly at her boss and gave a sweet sigh of relief. "Hello there Mrs. Greingoth heheheheheeeeeee," she giggled like a tiny little girl, "excellent day isn't it?" She blinked so innocently at her--SO INNOCENTLY, she acted as though the lady was her BESTEST friend. Wait. Didn't she have one of those mmchocolates a few hours ago?

Whoooopssieeeee. OH WELL.

She skipped all the way to her chair--THAT WAS NOT--repeat, NOT a pretty sight for ANYBODY to see at all. Darla was wearing clothes very well unsuited for her-- a top that barely covered her belly-button and a mini-skirt. Anybody could notice that she very well looked like an over-grown cheerleader. Once reaching her seat, she grinned at Mrs. Greingoth, blinking EVER so innocently again, giving her that grin and stare continuously and looked somewhat very freaky-ish.

Grin. Smile. BE HAPPY! "I like unicorns and ponies," she randomly blurted out, still smiling at her boss as though she was her next meal.

Luriken tried with all his might not to smile but he couldn't help it, what in Merlins name was this woman wearing? He covered his mouth trying to be very subtle, this woman was either doing this for attention or this was her norm. Luriken wouldn't know, he didn't really socialize, his grandmother often told him he wouldn't marry anyone and giv her the great-grandchidren she deserved from him. He was her oldest grandchild. Luriken Sat upright in his chair and took another sip of his coffee.

He chuckled slightly at her outburst, the one day he decided to pay attetion to his co-workers he was entertained, this was quite out of character for him.

Jordan, who had always prided himself for his punctuality (and of course, general professionalism), entered the Conference Room with a quick glance around. He was not as early as he'd have liked to be, but nevertheless... he was there.

Giving a slight smile to the department head, having never actually been properly introduced to her for some reason, Jordan's eyes scouted out an available chair and he bee-lined for it, sitting down and looking pretty.

After hearing about the meeting, Filius had made it straight to the conference room. He looked around to see who else was here and went and sat down in the nearest available chair.

Oceana hurrried down the corridor and to the conference room she was running slightly late and entered the room with red cheeks, she saw Bella Greingoth her department head and said "Sorry i am running late Miss Greingoth hope you are ok?" she found a seat and sat down with her parchment and quill ready.

A few moments later, employee after employee starting to file into the conference room. Pleased with how each of them were right on time, Bella flashed them a polite smile, then put her paperwork in a small stack off to the side. "Good morning, Megan, Natalia, and Luriken. I hope you three are doing well today," she greeted. The door opened again, and the one and only Darla Puff made her grand entrance. Good Merlin! Did the woman not get the memo on the employee dress code? Nevertheless, Bella smiled at her, as well. "...and a good morning to you, too, Darla. It is a wonderful day. I'm glad you could join us."

Shortly after that grand entrance, Jordan, Filius, and Oceana entered the room, and Bella smiled at them, as well. "Lovely to see you," she said to them. "You're not late at all, Oceana. We've all just arrived, and I have yet to get started. I am doing well, though." She glanced around the room, taking in each and every face, and said, "We'll get started momentarily. I'm going to try and wait for at least the division heads to come in, then the meeting will begin." In the meantime, hopefully the rest of the employees would trickle in.

OOC: LadyNerd (Apparition Division Head) is having computer problems and won't be able to post for a short time. We can just pretend she's here getting her division's assignments.

"Morning, everyone," Jonathan droned, hurrying into the conference room. "Good morning, Miss Greingoth," he added with a little more fervour and a small smile to the meticulously dressed young woman at the head end of the table. He closed the door and looked around. People were pretending to be studious and busy. Neat stacks of parchments and poised quills everywhere met his eye. It was not something he wanted to see this early in the morning when all that he could usually stand were rows and rows of faulty brooms.

Balancing a cup filled to the brim with steaming coffee precariously, he shuffled over to where Jordan sat and sank into the chair next to him. With a fussy little clink, the cup came to rest on the table. Jonathan extracted a piece of parchment and a quill just for the look of it, then leaned back and began sipping his coffee, philosophising about the importance of the humble Coffea arabica bean in the rise of civilisations.

As the owl from Bella arrived about the interdepartment meeting Angelica closed the file she was reading determindley. After pouring herself a cup of hot tea the blond woman made her way across the level to the conference room. Upon entrance she surveyed the people inside already saying cheerily "Morning, everyone!".Taking another sip of her hot tea Angelica walked over to take a seat next to Bella mumbling to her friend "Lovely, morning isn't it?"

Oceana smiled at Bella and sighed "good good i thought i was running behind" she smiled slightly and waited for the meeting to go ahead she was keen to know what the division would be up to.

Craig bursted in the Conference room, out of breath carrying a stack of papers and files sticking out every which way. He was covered in floo powder, and frankly looked like a complete mess. "I'm..." deep breath, "So..." he bent down a bit his side was killing him, he put up a finger asking to give a minute so he could catch his breath. He took a moment and stood upright once more. "I'm so sorry I'm late." Craig was bright red, it was a combination of being out of breath and from running.

Craig took a seat next to Miss Greingoth. He put his papers on the table and they seemed to go everywhere and he collected them all together and they were still in a messy pile. He dabbed his face with a hanky that was in his jacket pocket and dusted off some of the floo powder. "AAAaaaCcccHHHhhOOOOOOooo!" He sneezed causing his papers to go about every which away. "My apologies everything." He took out his wand and summoned all the papers. He had heavy bags under his eyes. Not only was he working on a project that would change the face of the Floo Authority, but he was also running late errands for his pregnant girlfriend, Melanie, who would get weird cravings in the middle of the night.

Laura walked in behind Mr. Wickham, who didn't look very well at the moment. But she made her way over to an empty seat and sat down. When she heard Mr. Wickham apologizing for being late, her eyes grew wide. "I'm late? I didn't realize-" She frowned and glanced up at the clock. "I'm so sorry," she said, turning to Mrs. Greingoth. The owl had come earlier that day, but Laura didn't count on getting here later than expected. Well, nothing could change that now. Laura pulled out parchment, ink, and her favorite hawk feather quill, and waited. Nothing could change how excited she was for her first big meeting either.

Madison made her way into the meeting carrying a notepad and quill with her. She was running late but from the looks of things, she was not that late. She took a seat in the conference room and placed her hands in her lap. Her long dark hair draped over her shoulder as she began her notes with the date and time of the meeting.

Carrying a cup of so-not-better-than-the-Frenches type coffee, Chad walked into the Conference room. He had a folder of papers held to his side by his elbow and his pretty quill was in his hand. Yes sir, he was a man on a mission. And was proud to say that he had actually managed to arrive on time for meeting.

But, baby steps, people. Baby steps.

Deciding to take up a seat next to Bella (seeing as he was HER liaison and all), he put his coffee and papers down, eying warily at the man who had just achooed. Hopefully he would stay somewhere farrrrr away from him. The last thing Chad needed was to be getting sick again. Ick.

"Bonjour, Mademoiselle Bella," he greeted, getting comfy in his chair, still eying the man since he too seemed to have chosen a seat on the other side of her.

There was a slight screech in the room as Chad scooted his chair a little bit away.

Scoot scoot.

One after another, more and more of the level six employees began to file in. Bella greeted Jonathan and Angelica with a smile and a hello, then turned towards the door at the sound of a sneeze. She laughed lightheartedly when she saw that it was Craig, the division head of the Floo Network Authority. He certainly looked as if he'd been hard at work with something, of course, involving floo powder. "You're not late, Craig. We haven't gotten started yet. I've just opened the room so everyone can file in," she replied to him. "Dare I guess you might be allergic to the substance you work so closely with?"

Laura filed in just after Craig, apologizing for being late, as well. Only, she actually wasn't late at all. "Oh, no. No need to worry, Laura. You're just on time. We haven't started yet. I believe we're waiting around for Armen, then we can get started," she replied. She smiled at both Madison and Chad as they entered. "Good day, to you two. I'm glad you could join us. We'll get started momentarily."

OOC: I'm going to wait until around midday tomorrow to get started, just to give everyone else a chance to see my PM and join us.

Armen had gotten the message for the meeting to begin just as he had gotten his food in the Cafeteria. He had quickly thrown it away and rushed up here dropping a few things off in his office and grabbing a notepad. He knew that this was the big meeting and he would need notes. He and his employees had had a long enough waiting period in the Portkey Office and he was ready for some real work!

He opened the door and smiled as he saw some of his employees. "Ah good-day Bella! I"m just in time right?" he said taking a seat beside the rest of the Division Heads. He nodded and smiled to the other employees and friends in the room. He pulled out his notepad and waiting for his Department head to begin.

OOC: I'm going to go ahead and start the meeting. Anyone who hasn't posted yet can just pretend they've been here all along, if they'd like.

When the door to the conference once again opened, Bella glanced up to see Armen, the last of her division heads, entering the room. "Ahh, Armen, good to see you. You're right on time and haven't missed a thing," she said, motioning for him to take a seat. Once he did, Bella cleared her throat, ready to get started on telling her employees the exciting news.

"I've called you here today to make a very important announcement, an announcement I'm sure you'll all love to hear. This very Ministry has been selected to host an event---an extremely popular, exciting event that will takes months of planning and implementations on our part," she began. She shuffled a few papers around, looking for the stack of memos she'd prepared for her employees. Once she found them, she began talking again.

"We've been selected to host the upcoming Quidditch World Cup!" she excitedly said. Bella and her family loved Quidditch, as did most of Wizarding Britain. To host such an event was an incredible honor, as well. She had no doubt that her employees would do the best possible job in planning for the World Cup and implementing everything they planned. "Our department has been assigned a number of different jobs, and I've divided them up based on which division they'd fit into. Within your divisions, you'll plan and implement portions of the World Cup." She paused, letting the news sink in before continuing.

Armen nodded as Bella welcomed him and said he hadn't missed anything. That was good because it would not have looked good if he did. He had come as soon as he got the message.

He could tell Mrs. Greingoth was dying to tell all of them the exciting news she had and she confermed it as soon as she began to speak.

Armen did a victory dance in his head complete with lots of fist punches into the air. But in the coference room he was sitting in that would look highly unprofessional, so instead he smiled brightly and nodded his head excitedly. He wrote the heading of his notes:

He couldn't wait! This department would have a lot to do, seeing as they had to figure out ways to move thousands of Wizards and Witches to one place safely and keep everything out of the Muggle eyes. he looked at his Dept. Head excitedly waiting for her to continue.

Oceana had seen Armen walk into the conference room just before Bella had started talking, she listened to her and smiled slightly at the thought of the Quidditch World Cup, she looked over at Armen and could tell by his eyes that he was excited, and she waited for what each department had to do, she scribbled down a couple of things and looked up.

Craig could relax a little bit. "Ah, well, I timed my little muggle watch to set of ten minutes prior, but you can never really rely on muggle inventions all the time and then I've been working on..." he raised his folders, "Then urgent owl from my mum, and had to respond, she wants to plan a baby shower and is badgering me on pinks and blues and then there was a bit of a floo powder explosion with some powder...not to worry, I have all ten fingers... and then well..." Craig was almost out of breath again, "Well, turns out I'm not not as late as I thought." Craig took in deep breaths then waited for the meeting to actually begin.

"YES!!!" Craig was out of his chair and looked as giddy as a school boy. "We should bloody celebrate, this is an occasion to commemorate!" Craig took a seat. He took out his wand and confetti shot out of the end. He couldn't help but chant a little, "We're hosting the Quidditch World Cup! We're hosting the Quidditch World Cup!" And maybe he could implement his latest invention...
