Welcome to my humble abode. The door is always open. But check I am in here first (I just may be ~~flirting~~being flirted to on Level Six with a Ms Brothmeister). Pull up a chair.

No need for formalities, the name is Theo.

My office has a desk, like most offices. The walls are covered with posters of Quidditch teams, and players. You will find brooms in the corner, gobstones on the table, balls all over the place. Make sure you don't step on anything.

Alina's head popped through the office. She smiled at Theo sitting there behind a pile of papers. It actually seemed quite strange, especially as he appeared to be halfway through the stack. Maybe putting the quidditch stuff on top had worked.

"Well, the first one is Brian, our liason from the Minister's office...and then I'm not sure what Joe actually wants to do at the moment, something to do with gobstones teams and Africa wanting to play?"

Theo looked back down at his paperwork. He saw something and scrawled on the parchment. "Ok let Brian in," he yawned, "I wonder what the Minister wants now." He frowned at the page, "Joe? Why can't he talk to his Head? Fine ask him what he really wants me to do that Dan can't do. And get Dan to come and talk to me. I want to talk to him."

Alina suppressed a laugh as she Theo yawn. He was finding all that paperwork riveting stuff then. "Righto. He didn't say what his visit was about, though I'm guessing if he's come in person rather than sending a memo it's fairly important." She hoped he'd get her gist and maybe make some notes or something. Didn't want anything going wrong if the Minister was involved.

She shrugged as Theo mentioned Joe. "No idea, I didn't really understand much on the parchment he had with him. I'll send hm back to Dan, and I'll try and schedule you to see Dan after Brian if thats okay?"

"Well anything involving the Liaison will have to be important. I just hope it doesn't involve me," Theo smiled, flicking a page over.

"Yes please do. That boy confuses me completely. Dan after Brian sounds good. I hope that will happen," he nodded.

Alina nodded. "Me too." It seemed strange that the Minister would want to contact the department now in the middle of his wedding plans.

"I'll send Brian in and get hold of Dan then." She smiled, and blew her husband a quick kiss before returning to her desk to let Brian in and start on the matter concerning the Gobstones Division head.

Theo nodded, and continued to read. He wanted this to be done before he went home. And he was doing well.

"Brian...Dan...Joe," he muttered. Too many people. One of which wasn't his problem.

Alina opened the door to the office, and ushered Brian in. "Theo, this is Brian," she said in a way of introduction, even if it was probably obvious to Theo who this was since she had only mentioned him a few seconds ago.

"I'll be at my desk if you need anything." She smiled and winked at her husband, before heading out of the door.

Brian holding his hand out to Theodore, who seemed bit tired and looking forward to take some rest. But he couldnt help, he needed to talk to him about some important stuffs.
"Hi!! Sorry, If I'm disturbed you, Mr. Theodore. I've some important stuff to let you know.." he smiled as usually.

Theo stood up from behind his desk and headed to greet the new man. He smiled and shook Brian's hand. "Oh no no. You haven't disturbed me. To be honest I welcome the interruption. What can I do for you then Brian?"

Brian flashed a smile, "Thank you" as they were seated. "Before the business, how are you?" he asked, "Seems you're enjoying the job with family atmosphere" he whispered playfully. He had noticed his wife-***-secretary's activities earlier.

He pulled out a parchment as he spoke, "Mr. Theodore, we have to postpone the matches for a while due to Minister's Wedding.." he nodded, "Did you know about that?"

Then he handed over the Circular from the Ministry.

"I am good thank you," Theo smiled, "Well she was the best for the job. Nobody else could organise me better." And that was true. She had a knack at it.

"We have to postpone matches? We have been planning this all year. Since the end of last season," Theo frowned, "I am not rearranging something I have been planning longer, for a wedding."

"Well..the Ministry feels, they need more people to organize things and moreover trying to give the possibility to staffs for witnessing the wedding.."he said as a matter of fact, waiting for his reply.

"Well I don't know how my department can help the Minister," Theo frowned, "And you want me to reorganise, so that the Minister gets more people at his wedding?" He couldn't believe that the Minister wanted him to rearrange all his planning just so he could get married. He had gotten married between the seasons, as to not clash. "If the Minister wanted that to happen in the first place, then why didn't he tell us that date at the begin of the planning stage so we didn't get a clash."

Brian smiled again as he slightly shrugged his shoulder. He leaned in, "Well..There must be a need for some peeps to organize things and secondly, he can relieve from the work for a bit, Finally staffs are really interested to witness the wedding.." he finished and looking at Theodore to move next. Ah! His job was not as much as cake walk.

"And moreover, the wedding is fixed suddenly, that's why we cant give any hints at the beginning of the term" he added.

"Fine you go back to the Minister and tell him that I am not happy to be rearranging my schedules. But if I must I want every piece of detail. When, where, who, how long. Everything," Theo said, eyeing Brian, "You writing this down?"

"Ofcurse, I'll." smiled, " it's my duty after all" he got up and shook his hand before leaving, "Well..I'm off Mr. Theodore" he walked out of the room, running his hand through his hair, with the pleasant sound of his shoes.

Theo nodded, "Good. I hope to hear from you soon." He shook Brian's hand as he departed, "Call me Theo."

He sighed and returned to ready paperwork.

"Alina," he called to his wife, "I want a list of all upcoming quidditch games, left in this season."

Alina heard her husband's call, and pulled a piece of parchmet out from a tray on her desk. It was her own personal record of the games in the season, so that she knew who and what needed to be organised by when so she could get things sorted in the diary.

She entered the office, and put the parchment in front of Theo. "There you go, I think that is the updated version. Well, as updated as I have." She casually perched on the corner of the desk. "So, what did the Minister want then?"

"Thanks," Theo smiled. He looked over the sheet of parchment.

"He wants me to reorganise some of the games, so they don't clash with his wedding. I want to hold a meeting with Ian and his department in the Conference Room, when Brian gets back to me with the details."

"Reorganise some of the games?" She looked at Theo in surprise. "I guess he doesn't want anything possible to distract from his big day." She looked at Theo thoughtfully. "You know the sort of time scale we have for this?"

Alina smiled, and flicked through the diary on Theo's desk. "And I'll sort out the conference room as soon as we have some idea on the timing. Its clear for the rest of this week, and I can rearrange your other appointments if its really pressing." She leant over, and kissed her husband on the forehead.

"Yeah he does. I have told him I don't want to do it, unless he gives me all the details," Theo said, looking at the parchments, "I don't know the time scale. I am waiting for Brian to get back to me."

"I don't think we will need it this week possibly next week though. Wait for Brian," he nodded. He smiled as Alina kissed his head, "None of that. It's work after all."

She nodded. "I'll wait til we've heard from Brian then. Hopefully it won't affect too many teams."

Alina pouted as Theo said about them being at work. "If you say so," she said, before grinning and laughing. She put the diary back straight on the desk, and stroked Theo's hair, wondering if that was allowed. "You fancy an afternoon break before seeing Dan?"

"I hope so too. Because that would mean alot of work. And it would be unnecessary work at that," Theo shook his head. Couldn't he just rearrange the wedding. It would be alot easier.

"I can't have a break I need to get this paperwork done. But you go ahead. You shouldn't have alot to do," he smiled, "I'll catch you later."

"It would be a lot of work, and a pain for all the teams and officials involved. I'm sure we can sort it all out though," She smiled, and fiddled with her ring, watching it catch the light.

Alina raised her eyebrows slightly, before returning them to their normal position before Theo could notice anything. It was unusual for him to actually say he needed to get paperwork done. "You sure?" she asked. It wouldn't be the same going on a teabreak without her husband. Maybe otherwise she could bring the break to him.

"Of course I am sure. I wouldn't have said it otherwise," Theo sighed and looked back down at the page. Something about dissolution of something. This made no sense to him. Maybe if he turned it upside down it would make more sense. He turned the page upside down. Nope He returned the page to its normal position. Stupid Paperwork!
