Floyd had a good day, selling 6 galleons worth of floo powder. To celebrate, he decided on a good meal at the Raven's Claw. Bangers and mash, a glass of ale and perhaps some pudding. He found a nice quiet table in the back. Perhaps he would do a little business, too.

Dora entered the pub, but as she noticed, it wasn't very crowded. She took a seat and thought what to order. She looked around, hoping she would meet someone interesting that evening.

Amelia blustered into the pub, thirsty for a real drink after work. Knowing work was over and this was her time now, she released the band holding her ponytail and let down her long blonde hair.

She paid for her martini with an extra kick at the bar and wandered over to a threadbare sofa next to the fireplace and relaxed back into it, undoing her red stylish heels and tucking her feet up under her as she smoothed her black pencil skirt.

Taking a sip from her cool glass, she began to feel the tensions of the day lift off her shoulders. She brushed her hair back off her face with one hand whilst placing the glass down on the table.

For the first time, she looked around at her surroundings, thinking to herself that it was a bit of a dingy pub, but with it being the closest place to the ministry, it looked like this was going to be her watering hole.

She noticed a couple of people in the pub already, but they seemed to be busy with their own business. She watched the door, hoping someone interesting would come and introduce themselves.

Brianna walked into the pub, brushing her long red hair back from her face as she did so. She'd never been in here before, though she'd been working at the ministry for a while. Tonight though, she needed a drink.

After securing a drink she ordered some food, deciding that the bangers and mash she could smell from way over here smelled very appetizing. Once her food arrived, she settled into a small table over in a corner of the room, and flexed her feet as she sank gratefully into the chair. She'd really have to learn to not wear heels to work. She picked up her fork and took a bite of the food and was rewarded for her choice when it turned out to be superb, quite unexpected for such a tiny dark pub.

Eve walked into the small little pub,just outside the Minstry.She had wanted to get a bit of fresh air and decided to go to the Park,but it was a little cold,so she decided to go to the Ravens Claw.

She walked in,her long curls swept over her face.She shook her head a bit and walked in,straightening herself down a bit,so she looked a bit more presentable.

She looked around the Ravens claw,there wasnt many people in there,mind you there wouldnt be,everyone was still working,unlike her.She shook her head and went to find a seat somewhere,she ordered herself a butterbeer while she was up

Nathan wandered into the dark little pub. It was nice and quiet in here. He sighed with relief, pleased to be finished his first day at work and went to order a pint of ale before finding a table in a dark corner. He rubbed his tired eyes before taking a sip. ‘ah…’ that certainly hit the spot. He sat back and relaxed, taking in the surroundings of the tiny pub and the people in it.

Eve was in a deep thinking fest,and she had a lot to think about,she had had a couple of assignments,she was having to think alot and her brain was hurting.She had heard someone else come into the pub,so she glanced over her shoulder,at the man behind her,she smiled alittle,she turned in her seat."Had a hard day?"she asked friendly

Angelina walked into the small little pub,just outside the Ministry, and closed the door behind her with her free hand, since the other was holding several notebooks and books.
She found a table in a conner and she started walked into it.
Clumsy like always, Angelina tried to hold her notebooks but they escaped from her hands and felt right in the table where Ange was passing.
"I'm so sorry." she said while she looked at the man and started to pick up the notebooks.
She really needed to stop being so clumsy.
Or at least try not to.

Nathan’s train of thought was disturbed as a young woman spoke to him. “Something like that, love.” He replied. “Was my first day. I think the longest day of my life.” He nodded and gave her a small smile. The longest day of his life with one monster of a hangover... but the ale was helping very nicely. “I take it you work in the ministry too?” he asked as he took another sip of his cold pint.

Nathan jumped slightly. This place was getting busier. He waved his hand, “Don’t worry about it.” he said as he helped her collect up her books. “You alright, love?” he asked. She looked a little flustered. “Relax. You’re in a pub. Free from the stresses of work.” He winked at the young woman and smirked. The majority of ministry employees seemed to be women - not that Nathan minded in the slightest.

Joshua walked into the pub with an air of cockiness around him. He looked around the room searchingly, and settled on a table with another man that he noticed from the Magical Law Enforcement. His name was Nathan, wasn't it? sitting there with a woman walking by. He walked over to Nathan, not quite knowing if the man knew him. "Hello Nathan, may I sit here? Very nice table...."

"And who might you be?" Joshua said, gesturing to the lady while handing her a fallen book.

Angelina nodded with a shy smile. "Thank you Sir.I'm just too clumsy, I really need to stop being it."

Angelina was clumsy since the day she born, it was almost impossible for her not to be it.
When she picked up her notebooks she looked around and said"Pubs.. not my tip of place.."
She preferred nice and warm coffees, restaurants or librarys.
Those where her tips of place.
"I can't free myself from work." she said in lower voice with a sigh "It consumes me."

Nathan looked up as a man approached the table. It was getting extremely busy in this tiny pub. He raised his eyebrows when the man addressed him by his name, and then he just looked puzzled. He couldn’t recall meeting this man before. But he could have done. Much of today had been a blur to him. He gestured to a vacant seat. “Of course…er…. mate.” He didn’t particularly want to admit that he couldn’t recall the man’s name… let alone meeting him…. ever.

Nathan chuckled at being called ‘sir.’ “It’s Nathan.” He said with a warm smile. “May I ask your name, miss?”

“It’s an escape from work. Can I get you a drink?” he offered and then looked back at the gentleman. “You?” he asked. If this was going to be a time for socialising then they may as well get the drinks in.

“That’s terrible, love. You need to relax after a busy day. Go home and forget work completely.” He smiled at the woman again. He’d met loads of people today… all from very differet walks of life.

Angelina smiled back with a nod. "Erm..Sure its.. Angelina. Its nice to meet you Nathan."

Angelina blinked. A drink? Oh dear, that was something that she wasn't really used to.
"Erm.. sure. A coffee would be great." she said shyly. Oh sweet good coffee. She was really needing one.

Angelina shrugged "Busy days are my life. I can't live without work." it was truth. She totally gave herself to her work. "And go home isn't an option. I do prefer to stay erm..." Angelina looked around while she pulled her hair back. What a place.. "here..."

“Nice to meet you Angelina.” Nathan smiled warmly at the young woman. “Which department do you work in?” he asked before standing up and checking his pockets for money - he had mixture of galleons and muggle currency. “Coffee.. you got it. … You sure you don’t want something a little stronger in it?” he asked. Coffee and firewhiskey was always a good drink - and warming on such a cold day. He wandered over to the bar and returned with her hot drink. “There you go, love.” he plonked it in front of her and sat opposite her again. He studied her as she spoke. She was a little younger than him, or she looked it anyway.

“Neither can I. I have bills to pay ...unfortunately.” he teased. Why work when you can play? “You're gonna stay at the ministry all night, pet?” he asked Angelina a bit confused.

Eve nodded."Yeh...Department of Education...Level one to be exact"she said."And its my first day too.."she grinned."Im Eve...by the way.."she nodded at the man.

Nathan extended his hand in welcoming. He loved to meet new people - he was quite the social butterfly... and all these women? well he wasn't going to complain. “Nathaniel Greenwood, Magical Law Enforcement Squad.” It sounded so formal… too formal. “Or just Nathan will do.” He smiled warmly at the woman. “So how was it? Your first day, I mean.” He suddenly realised how rude he was being, “Can I get you a drink, Eve?” he offered, having offered everyone else sitting around the table one, except for this young woman. Pay day just had better be soon.

She too extended her hand and shook his."Nice to meet you Nathan.."she said.She took a sip of her drink."My day was a bit hectic but I cant complain..I'd rather be busy than have nothing to do and sit at my desk all day I guess..Ive had 2 assignments in one day.."she nodded."Very hard work"she smiled."Ohh Ive got one..thank you.."she smiled sweetly.She was glad at least someone was nice around here..though she hadnt met anyone a bit odd yet,so she was thankful for that only nice people so far,which was a relief to her she had to admit."How about you..been busy?"she asked.

“I couldn’t agree more. There’s nothing worse than sitting with nothing to do.” Which is what Nathan had spent the first couple hours of his day doing - before it became completely manic that was. But at least he’d got to know Amelia better and that was a positive. He nodded when she said she had a drink.

“Pretty busy.” He replied, not sure whether he was allowed to should be talking about specific cases. “They had me working with Aurors today. Pretty daunting it was.” There. No details. Good. “And I had some training. Other than that, pretty uneventful.” he shrugged. “Where abouts are you from, Eve?” he asked conversationally.

Eve nodded.She remembered her first couple of minutes walking into the office,feeling slightly nervous but that soon faded when she met Samantha.They relaxed her greatly.She remembered the sweets most of all,she smiled to herself,she made a mental note to herself that she shall get some more sweets for Samantha soon,for a little prezzie.

"Wow.."she said,impressed"Im from here..London.."she said nodding."Proper London girl"she grinned.taking another drink."How about you?"she asked,intereted

Nathan grinned. “Oh so you're a life real cockney then? he raised his eyebrows. “I’m from Edinburgh. Can you not tell by the accent?” he teased, “But I live in London these days too. It's surprising how few pwopa cockneys ya meet Landaan.” he said with his bestest mockney accent... it was utterly rubbsish.

Angelina answered to the man with a small smile. “ I work in the Minister's Office department.”
Ange blinked when the man asked her if she wanted something a little stronger in her coffee.
Something stronger?! Yeah, sure, the last time she took something stronger she ended up sleeping in the floor of her room.
That was something that she wasn’t interested in repeating.
“A simple coffee its fine for me.” She said with a nod after throwing her bad thoughts about stronger drinks away.
Just a simple, great coffee.
Strong drinks and Angelina Gilmore wasn’t a good match.
She observed Nathan while he stood up and returned after a little while with her coffee.
The woman took it with both hands and smiled at Nathan. “Thank you.”

Bills to pay?
That wasn’t her motive.
It wasn’t even close to it.
“Yes, erm.. we all have bills.” She said while she took a slip of her coffee. “ Bills aren’t a good thing..”
Her family had money, she didn’t need to worry about it… even if she wanted too.
She sighed in relief when he changed the subject. “I think the answer is yes.” She told him with a nod then took another slip of her coffee.
It was so hot and tasty…
Perfect.
“How about you.. erm.. Nathan..” she looked at Nathan that was sitting in front of her, still holding her coffee with both hands. “Which department do you work in?”

Nathan raised an eyebrow. “Ah, the infamous minister of magic. What’s he like then?” he asked with interest. He’d heard all kinds of stories. “Is it true he really run his office with an iron fist of dread?” Nathan smirked at this thought, pleased he was never likely to run into the minister himself. But it would certainly be interesting to get some insight from this girl.

“Pleasure.” He said with a wink as he retuned with Angelina’s coffee.

“Yes and they don’t pay themselves so alas we are forced to work.” He teased. He knew that this wasn’t what she was getting at. But he didn’t understand workaholics who needed to constantly be on the go. “How come? They’ve got you working too hard girl.” Nathan said with a nod as he looked at the girl. She seemed a bit... tense...?

“I work for the Law department – MLES.” It still sounded weird to Nathan. He was used to having menial jobs in bars or restaurants. Not being what muggles would call a Detective. Such responsibility on his young shoulders. He shook his head at this thought. But it was something he was going to have to get used to.

“Well.. erm.. I haven’t got the chance to talk with him.. not yet.” She told him honestly. “I’m new in the Ministry.. It seems that I don’t know anyone yet.”
Well she knew.. just a couple of people, she knew that it was told to her that she should meet everyone in the department, but she seemed to be more interested in her work.
“But I think what you said is true..” she told him. At least from what Angelina knew, the minister was.

Erm, sure bills didn’t pay themselves..
Sometimes parents did.. even if their daughters didn’t want to.
Ange left her parents' house for two reasons, well, maybe more, and they were: her little sister and her capacity of attracting people's eyes to her..and only her, and to live by herself. Without her parents trying to make her way easier.
Not that she didn’t enjoy the easier way… she liked it, but she wanted to change.
At least try to.
“Yes, that is correct.” She told him with a nod, she had to admit that it was harder than she thought to pay the bills by herself.
“No, not really.” She said with a shrug then took a slip of her coffee. “In fact I think I need to work a little bit more. Work is like.. a distraction to me. ”
In fact, Ange seemed to live for it.
Maybe she really needed to take a break…

Angeline raised an eyebrow “Law department? Sounds really interesting.” She told him with a smile. “Do you like it?”

“Oh” Nathan said and nodded. It seemed that lot of people Nathan had met today were new to the ministry. It was a shame in a way not to get any inside info, but good at the same time. At least they were all in the same boat. He gave the girl a warm smile, “Well you know me now. And Eve here.” He gestured at the woman …”And this” oh dear, “Fella here.” He said gesturing at the man who knew Nathan by name, but Nathan didn’t have the foggiest who he was. He scratched his head uncomfortably. Nathan was usually good with names and faces.

Angelina really needed to relax a bit. Nathan was one of the most laid back people you could meet. He wasn’t used to such tension. “Erm…” he stared as she talked about having to work harder, “A distraction from what exactly? ...if you don't mind me asking” he took a sip of his pint. It wasn’t as appealing as it had been… this young woman made him feel a little on edge, yet he did not know why.

“Was just my first day today.” He replied with a shrug, “I think it’s gonna be alright though.” he told the woman honestly.
