 Do you feel like all the floors are so clean that they squeak on their own? Or do you just need a short coffee break after a long shift of working the check-in desk?
Either way, the Magical Maintenance Breakroom is the place to be. With a self-filling coffee pot in the corner and a couple large couches placed variously in the room, this is a great place to spend any free time you may have. One wall of the room is lined with cupboards; a few of them are stocked with some basic food items that are available for anyone's eating. Go ahead and add to the supply if you wish!
Use the breakroom to eat your lunch, take a quick nap (when you're not on duty, of course!), or get to know your fellow maintenance-people.
A small radio is placed beside the pot of hot coffee. The music of WWN (Wizard Wireless Network) can be heard softly in the background. | |

Heather sat in a corner and took out a book and began to read.
Heather had brown eyes with golden flakes scattered around the irises. Her golden brown hair flowed down to her thighs. She was petite and looked so fragile, but she could take a hit...and give a few back . Her ivory skin was soft and smooth, but it never bruised or blemished. Heather was beautiful.
She was wearing a grey shirt and a pair of black skinny jeans. Her black cloak hung from her shoulders. Heather had a pair of high top black converses on with orange laces.

Dominic sat down and took out his lunch. He was tall and brawny, not to mention a former swordfighter. He quickly ran a hand through his sandy colored hair, and started to eat. His first day at work, his first lunch. So far everything at his new job had been going great. He glanced over to a girl sitting in a chair beside him. She was dressed in black- not to mention she looked like a kid who had just gotten out of school. Dominic was in his early 30's, and he WOULD like it to stay that way. He opened his lunch bag and noticed something outside the window. It was an owl- not just any owl- but Rue's! He opened the window and the bird swooped in. "Why hello, Mumbo." He said, but he glanced around, he probably sounded like an idiot right now. The bird had a tiny scrap of paper hanging off of its leg. Rue had probably gotten his letter, and he had a feeling it wouldn’t be good. He and his daughter hadn’t been getting along lately- it was almost like she was angry at him all the time, because her parents had gotten a divorce. He carefully untied the scrap from the owls’ leg- and read it. She wanted him to come to Thalia’s house for Christmas- so she had rejected his offer to stay for Christmas at Lethal cross. He sighed- she always had to have here way? Wouldn’t she? He took out a piece of paper. He wrote-
“Rue, I will except your offer, but only under one condition- I am coming to Thalia’s house with you whether you like it or not, AND you have to treat me like your father. But first, you have to ask Thalia!
I love you, (I hope you know)
Dad"
He tied the piece of parchment to the owls leg and sent her flying into the skies.
