Miley walked over to the Gift Table and put her lovely wrapped gift on it.Hope they like his and her towels,she thought.She smiled and walked away.

Warren noticed a woman walking up to the gift table and stood up. About time too, I might have given up on this gig. "Welcome to the gift table. I'm Warren Rodemiere Auror slash gift examiner." He had been so bored that he was coming up with these silly catch phrases. He laughed and looked at the box. "Well there was no need," he whispered back, "I still have to check it anyway." He gave her a wink and tapped the box with his wand. "Everything seems to be in order." He picked up the gift and put it behind him with the other passing ones. "You can now go to sign your name in the registry and deposit your memory in the pensieve. Enjoy the ceremony."

Warren saw another woman approach the table, set her gift on it and walk off. "Oi! You're supposed to wait for me to examine them!" He called after her. He sighed and tapped his wand on the box. Towels. Think I would have left too. He picked up the box and placed it behind him with the others. Turning back around he smiled, You sure are in a good mood today, old man. It has to be because of Alexa.

Shane smiled and winked again "Thank you, Mr. Rodemiere. Enjoy the ceremony too." She gave him a nod of approval and walked from the Gift Table. Such a nice man, she thought to herself as she walked over the the guestbook and the pensieve.

AJ carried her shiny purple gift bag over to the table. It had a nice black bow on the outside of it, sealing it shut. She didn't know much about the minister's bride, but heard that she was a fan of jokes and had a wondeful sense of humor, and therefore thought her gift was fitting.

A card of congratulations was in there, which opened up with a popup bride and his groom and it started playing the wedding bells song. At the very end of the song, it squeaked out in an almost childish voice, "Congratulations and have a wonderful life together!"

The present itself was a bit more serious, sort of. There was a little glass jar of "Mexican Jumping Beans" that was really a spring-loaded purple and black colored snake like thing covered with confetti. Next to that was a carefully and delicately wrapped pair of presents. One was a smallish, black velvet covered box containing a matching earring and necklace set. The pendant was an amethyst heart outlined in diamonds, the earrings looked the same only they were much smaller and there was two of them dangling from each stud. The second heart was the other way around, (fake) diamond heart with small amethysts outlining them.

AJ was horrible at gifts for guys. Girls were generally easier, she simply based her own feminine tastes(however minute they may be) in her shopping. But, guys were sort of simple, but on the other hand, no way close to it. In the other package, for the Minister himself, was a black, creatively carved and decorated name plate thing to go on his desk. On it was engraved the words "Brennan A. Cooper: Minister of Magic" Centered in two lines on it. The plaque itself was black, with the letterings in two different shades of purple, and silver swirls and designs that formed a peacock on it. In place of the peacock's eye was a little blue jewel. Sure, this might have been a bit feminine too, but it was the best AJ could think of that she knew wasn't going to be a very popular item for others to give.

Smiling at all the decorative gifts now left on the table, AJ nodded at the guards and turned to leave.

Warren watched as another girl walked up and set her gift on the table. What no hi or anything? He thought as he watched her leave. He sighed and tapped the box with his wand. Nameplate...and more jewelry. Warren sighed and moved the box to the table behind him with the other gifts. Where is Alexa?

Alexa walked over to the gift table giving Warren a hug as she walked by.
Placing the gift on the table she muttered,
"I bet you forgot to actually bring a gift?" Smiling she added his name to the end of the tag and then snuck around to the other side to help him.
"I bought 2 nights accomadation at my cousin's lodge in France, at least that's a present they can use" She looked at the people holding gifts and slid her arms around Warren.
"I've been here 5 minutes and already I'm bored. These people all look tacky in purple. I, from this second hate purple. It's too much and with Black....urgh."
Sighing she rested her head on his shoulder and observed the crowd

Warren stood, if possible, even straighter when Alexa walked up. He smiled at her and returned her hug. Watching her put her gift on the table he swore to himself, "Actually I did forget. Thanks." He couldn't believe it, he had been manning this table for what seemed like hours and it took Alexa to remind him he had forgotten. He took out his wand and tapped the box, "Sorry, rules are rules," he muttered to her. Tickets and brochures. Check. He smiled and set the gift behind him with the others. He wrapped his arm around her and looked at the people around. "I know what you mean. Though I kind of like the tuxes..they aren't as bright" Warren leaned his head down and kissed her head. She must have been wearing heels because she could reach his shoulder. He looked down and saw his assumption was correct. "So what does Forrester have you doing?"

"Warren, Warren. I bet you'd forget your head if it wasn't screwed on" She joked playfully.
He checked the box making sure the box didn't contain dangerous materials.
"I prefer what your wearing. Purple is terribly 80's. I like the tie and the black jacket it's much more appeasing on the eyes." He kissed her head and snuggled into his chest. He was always warm.
"Forrester has lovingly left me in charge of the beautiful wand check table. Edward disappeared and left moi to tend to it. People are so boring at checkouts. I think they think I'm having a ball of a time and prefer not to say Hello." Warren looked at her shoes.
"You like? There a lot more comfortable than they seem. I charmed them to look like heels they're actually just my ballet slippers. That's why I can only reach your shoulder. If I had the pumps on I'd reach your nose. Your too tall you know that." Alexa couldn't help it she always babbled when she was anxious and she had a strange feeling to her.

Alison walked briskly to the table. She was in a brisk mood right now and did not care to be interuppted. She placed her gift on the table - it was a set of rather expensive French crystal glasses. They were wine glasses, and Alison sort of knew that they weren't meant to be used everyday. Oh well, Alison wouldn't know how they were used. She lingered over the table... I wonder if Chris and I'll have a wedding like this. She thought to herself, before placing the card on it too. The card read the following -

"Hello. It's security procedure to check all gifts. Once yoru done here you can sign in and leave a memory at the pensieve before going in.
Alexa took the gift from the lady tapping her wand over the gift.
Wine Glasses? I 'spect he won't have enough of those
Smiling she placed the gift beside her and let the woman pass.

"I know that." Alison replied to the woman, trying very hard to keep the snap out of her voice. OFCOURSE I DO! I ORGANIZED THE FRIGGIN' SECURITY! I WAS THE ONE WHO GOT LETTERS OUT TO YOU PEOPLE, TELLING YOU TO GET YOUR BUTTS OVER HERE! Her mind was screaming and throwing a fit on the inside but outiside, she merely smiled politely and descended to the memory pensieve.

Warren frowned as the lady was short with Alexa, "Now there's really no need for that. She wasn't aware of who you are, Ms. Raine-LaRousse." He watched as the lady went on to the Pensieve. She must be a bit tense, glad she didn't yell at her though. Warren looked at Alexa and smiled when the lady left, "She works at the Minister's office. You seem a bit tense yourself. What's on your mind?"

Dora went straight to the table and placed the two boxes on it. One of them contained some lovely pearls for the bride, whereas the other package contained an original painting.
Dora didn't forget to write a congratulations card for the couple, with all her respect and best wishes.
She then waited for her presents to be inspected.

Warren watched as a woman approached with two boxes. "Hello." He took out his wand and tapped the boxes. Pearls and..a painting? Now that's an original idea. He smiled approvingly, took both boxes and set them on the table behind him. "Alright you're free to go on to the guest book and Pensieve now," he said with a smile.

"Wow, this was quick! I thought it would take longer to check the gifts. Anyway, thank you." Dora said before leaving.

Mona looked for a free spot on the table, as it was quickly filling up. Finding a spot, she placed her gift, engraved goblets handsomely wrapped with white tissue paper and unicorn tail hair, on the table. She pulled a quill and a silver card from the depths of her robe and scribbled:

She waited to have her gift inspected, looking around at the crowd and wondering how soon she could have a nice mead.

Walking by the gift table along side Katya, Jason passed on the gift to her and waited for her to place it on the table. Jason didn't know what Katya had gotten them. In fact, she took some of his money from his pouch when he wasn't watching to go buy their gift. Sighing, he looked over Katya and gave her a weak smile.

"Go on, place the gift and we'll go and sit down."

Piper made her way towards the gift table where she drew a small package from her purse.
She took out a small purple card and pointed her wand at it as she wrote the following.

She tied the silver card to the small package and waited it to be inspected. Then she noticed Warren.
"Hey Warren can you help me here?" She asked.

Hoping against hope that Jason never found out what Katya had bought the couple, she nodded nervously at a woman waiting for her gift to be checked. She waited in line with their gift, it was wrapped in unassuming white paper, wrapped with a sparkly purple ribbon and had a note taped to it saying,

It was just thousand page book, filled with tips for newlyweds on how to be newlyweds. Jason thought she'd bought them a travel guidebook or something equally boring (like Magical Math Methods), but she'd decided this was more fun.

She smiled at Jason over her shoulder, "Just wait, I think the gift needs to be inspected before we can go anywhere..."

Mona winked at Katya and Jason, a couple of Obliviators from her department ("couple" appearing to be the operative word...).

"Katya, Jason," she said, nodding her head in greeting. "Looking forward to the wedding of the century?" she asked, withholding an eye roll with considerable effort.

Katya nodded, her expression deadpan (or as deadpan as Katya could ever be), "Oh, without a doubt... save a dance for me later?" she joked, rolling her eyes and pointing at Jason, "I doubt he'd ask..." her brows rose slightly as she leaned closer to Mona.

Cupping a hand over her mouth, she stage-whispered, "So are they actually going to open our gifts to check them?"

"Mona," he smiled, not expecting to see anyone from his floor. But since most of the Ministry workers were invited, he shouldn't be surprised to see more of his coworkers around. "It's nice seeing you here."

His eyebrow raised as Katya leaned into Mona and seemed to whisper something in her ear. Curious, he leaned in and looked at Katya. "What are you whispering?"

Mona grinned at the stage-whispering. "I think they're using some sort of Revealing spell. So, in essence, yes. Nothing less for Miss Belle, huh? Although it would be fun if someone smuggled in a niffler." A look of peace and contentment stole over her pale face, as she imagined a niffler gnawing off the baubles Belle was sure to be wearing.

Katya waved Jason off and whispered to him (hissed more like it), "You're on a need to know basis, Jason Killin." She turned back to Mona and flicked her eyes upward as if to say "Men..."

"Anyway, this isn't a niffler," she held up her present, "But I didn't think anyone but the bride and groom would see it when I..." she paused and grinned at Jason, "I mean, we picked it out."

Elizabeth made her way over to the gift table, and withdrew a small, carefully wrapped box. Although the box didn't look all too big, an extension charm had been placed upon it in order to make the parcel easier to carry.
On top of the parcel, she fastened a gift card:

The parcel contained a Wizard Chess Set, one crafted by Elizabeth herself during the periods of time away from Hogwarts where she was forced to reside with her parents and Slytherin brothers. Upon completion, she decided not to keep it for it reminded her of the days spent at home but she was rather pleased with it which is why she decided to give it to the Minister and his wife. She placed it on the table along with the other presents and just hoped the couple would enjoy it.
