| | |  Foreign Ministers' Arrival/Departure Area
In a private corridor on Level Ten, several new over-sized luxury fireplaces have been installed and connected to the Floo network, specifically for the purpose of transporting the foreign Ministers of Magic to the Conference. Just beside the fireplace area is a large open space designated for all foreign Ministers traveling by Portkey. This large corridor is decorated with regal purple and gold draperies and features a ornately designed sign, which reads: Quote: Minister Brennan A. Cooper and the Ministry of Magic of Britain welcome our esteemed guests to the International Wizarding Conference. Please have a seat in the designated area and a member of the Minister's Office staff will be with you promptly. A small collection of white and gold cushioned chairs can be found just beyond the fireplaces, each one marked with the appropriate country's name for its corresponding Minister. There are three rows of three chairs each, with the following arrangement: Quote:
Row A (left to right): Bulgaria, United States, India
Row B (left to right): China, Peru, France
Row C (left to right): Norway, Australia, Japan

Thankfully someone approached them. Angelia was almost sure it was the Indian minister, and the man spoke she had the confirmation.
“Oh yes, I was.” And thank Merlin she found him.. or he found her.. anyways..
And people said that Angelina was a mouthful name, those people should meet the India prime minister.
“ Well .. welcome Mr. Balasubramanium. It’s a pleasure to have you here.” she spoke politely, a genuine smile on her lips. “I heard you needed my help. What can I do for you Mr. Balasubramanium. ?
Formality.
Finally, someone who said a sentence without a funny tone of voice. "Yes, please. It is BAY-lah-sub-RAMAN-ee-yuuum. And I am asking for secretarial assistance for to be sending an owl to delay my meeting this week with the muggle prime minister of India, as this meeting I was not knowing would conflict when we are scheduling. Yes?" He said with a friendly smile and a polite nod. He was looking forward to the end of this conference, back to regular business.

Yoshi Ishikawa was concerned with the apparent lack of security; not that he needed to be protected, but the numbers didn't seem right. All of the ministers were present yes? He shrugged to himself and continued to meditate, focussing on what he wanted to say about his country's concerns.
He looked up from his ruminations overhearing one of the aides speaking.
"With respect, sir; The Australian Minister has arrived." Yoshi bowed to the man, Brian and turned to bow to the mentioned Minister, "This conference has been in preparation for some time now, I am curious as to why you are not ready for us. Can we not start the tour?"

Angelina slightly nodded while the Indian Minister was correcting her.
She hated when she couldn’t spell (or remember) a name correctly, though, she was conscious that Balasubramanium wasn’t the most common name in the world.
Her eyes moved to Cambell when she announced that the tour was going to start. “ The muggle prime minister you say?” With a polite smile, Angelina moved her eyes back to the Indian Minister. “ I understand. Don’t worry Mr. Balasubramanium. You can fallow Miss Robinson and enjoy the Ministry tour that I’ll send the owl right away.” The young woman nodded with a polite smile.
Not that Angelina wasn't enjoying to be there, welcoming the ministers, because she was enjoying it.. a lot. But her cheeks were starting to hurt because of all the polite smiles she had been showing.

Kaylee raised an eyebrow at the gentleman, he seemed rather nervous and jumpy for some reason...not a good sign in her books. "Yes let's do that" she replied impatiently. "Let us see just how good you Brits run the place" Kaylee strode over to the door and waited for the others to catch up so that they could get this show on the road.

She observed the Indian minister leaving the room and took a deep breath before heading back to level one.
