Joe Jon Montcenaggio ( J. J. Starr) waits for Elijah in his office. He has something important to tell him.

Alexandra walked up to the Department Head's office, surprised at how warm it was concidering the rest of the department. She wanted to introduce herslef to Mister Wright, she dind't want to be just some face.

Her father used to say, know what you want and go after it. She didn't know what she wanted yet, but what she didn't want was to just be some face in the office.

Alexandra knocked on the door, she pushed on the door, jumping slightly when it opened. She looked around and sighed as she saw no one in there.

'Well, I don't have any assignments, yet.' Alandra thought as she sat down. 'I might as well wait.'

Santana gave the door a gently knock, before entering Elijah's office. He had been looking for Kirk for almost a week and still hasnt found him. Maybe his boss would have some information on him. He really wanted to discuss with Kirk about why people connect Venus as the planet of love. He knew Kirk would have something good to say on the subject, but Kirk was no where in sight. It wasnt like him to miss so much work.

Noticing that Elijah was not in his office, Santana took refuge sitting in the plump sofa that looked only too inviting. Maybe he had only stepped out for a minute and would return soon.

Elijah approached his office, worn and tired. He felt like he hadn't been inside in months, but with everything that had happened with Kirk - he'd been running across the Ministry like a madman. He was surprised to see a group of people waiting for him inside, but he nodded at them politely. "Hello, can I help you all?"

Before they could answer, he strode across the room and plopped down behind his desk.

Just as Elijah sat down as his desk the door to the office flew open again and in the doorway stood Kirk.

He quickly walked inside and secured the door close behind him. He then turned his attention to the man behind the desk who looked absolutely stunned at his re-appearance.

"Sir" Kirk said. "ya miss me?" he said with a grin

Elijah jumped up and squinted at Kirk, almost like he was trying to see if he was real or not. He had half a mind to poke the man, but wasn't quite sure just how Kirk would take that.

"Where have you been?" was all he could finally sputter out. This whole mess had caused more of a disaster than he'd anticipated. What was he supposed to tell the Minister now that Kirk was back?

Crystal was smartly dressed for her first day at work. She couldn't believe Samson and her had cut it off after all those years. The news that Clara and Brennan (who she hadn't spoken to for some years) and just been married just made the whole situation even more depressing - especially since she was now working for that slimeball. How could she remarry at this age!?

She glided up to her new bosses door and knocked elegantly on the wooden door, expecting a tour of the place before she started. Was there some form of training or something she had to go through? Who knew. She remained in silence until a response was heard at the other side of the door

Having been so surprised at Kirk's reappearance, Elijah jumped even farther out of his seat when there was another knock on his door. Cleaning his throat, he wondered just who needed him now. "Come in," he spoke softly, looking between Kirk and the door.

The signal was offered and Crystal opened the door rather over dramatically. She would have already let herself in by now if it hadn't been for the fact that this was the first day on the job.

Her new boss appeared to already have company, but assuming he wouldn't have asked her in if it was important she walked over and held out her hand, "Crystal Zitsburg, sir. I'm here for my tour." She had no word of a tour, but she would like one. How else was a girl to survive in a mysterious place such as this without a tour!?

"Hello, to you as well," she added to the other male character in the room, thinking it rude not to acknowledge him. Geez, both men were so attractive and... young. She was such a granny in this place.

"Tour?" he scoffed skeptically, looking the woman up and down. What did she think he was, a real estate agent? And since when did regular employees come and introduce themselves, much less before they even met their Division Heads?

He squinted at her, trying to decide if she was for real or if this was another joke from the Department of Magical Games and Sports. It wasn't his fault the prophecy on the last Quidditch World Cup didn't come true. Deciding not to be rude, he cleared his throat and said cooly, "I'm afraid we don't offer tours here. If you're here to work though, why don't you tell me what Division you're in and I'll direct you there?"

He halfway considered introducing himself, but by the looks, and strange confidence of this woman, it appeared she already knew who he was.

"No tour!" She exclaimed, completely outraged. "There is no tour of the place? Well, what if there is a fire? I wouldn't know where the nearest exits are because there is no tour to show me. Would you like to be responsible for my burning death Mr. Wright?"

She paused for a moment, "I can call you that, right? Or do you prefer 'boss'?"

Anyway, getting on with business, "I suppose if this place is too low budget for a tour: I am Crystal Zitsburg, newly hired to the Death Chamber, the bundle of joy that it is," she announced, giving the man the information he needed.

He bit his lip and surveyed her once more. She had to be serious...but how could she be serious?! "We have no tour here because this is the Department of Mysteries. It's not our job to point out to out employees where we keep all of our secrets. If there were a fire, Mrs. Zitsburg, I would hope you'd know how to handle it well enough that I won't have to be held responsible for your death. But, as it goes, if you were to die within my Department, I don't think we'd have much trouble...covering the situation to where no one needs to be blamed."

His eyes met hers, looking for a response. "As for my name, Mr. Wright is appropriate. If you really want, I could show you to your Division, but I do hope you'll remember for future workdays?"

He stood up from behind his desk and realized he towered over her, which was strange, as he wasn't exceptionally tall himself. He gestured to the door, hoping she'd follow. He did need to speak to Kirk as soon as possible to get the details of his absence.

Well, he had certainly put her in her place. He could cover up her death that easily!? What had she signed up for? "Very well Mr. Wright, have it your way, covered up death it is."

She stalked off towards to the door after him. This little boy should really respect his elder. "So, I class this as a tour so you know. Lying to your employees is just soooooo wrong of you Mr. Wright. No worries, I forgive you."

She headed off down one corridor, not completely aware of whether or not she was going the right way.

Elijah raised his eyebrows at Kirk, wondering just who he'd employed. Could this woman really handle being an Unspeakable? "I'll be right back," he sighed, and followed the woman out the door.

Alexandra walked into Mr. Wright's office as she pulled her hair into a tight ponytail. She sighed as she saw he wasn't here...again. All she wanted to do was introduce herself and every-time she came to try he was out.

Alexandra guessed it was to be expected, he was a busy man and didn't sit in his office all day unlike the Minster. Who she heard was a piece of work, not that she had the pleasure of meeting the man but she did attend his wedding.

Alexandra sighed as she sat down in the sitting area, just waiting for him to get back from whatever he was doing.

Kirk standing in the room, having just witnessed an amusing introduction smiled to himself and at the new arrival, Alexandra.

"Hello. What department are you from?" he asked, trying to fill the empty silence.

The woman looked up at him in surprise, she obviously didnt see him as she walked into the office. While she recovered from this slight shock Kirk made himself comfortable in one of the soft sofa's up against the wall.

He looked at her quizzically as he waited for a response..

"Hello." Alexandra said abit started as she turned around to see a man behind her. Alexandra sighed a bit as she realized that some one wasn't trying to kill her.

"I'm Alexandra, I work in the Time Room. What's your name?"

"Kirk. Im the department head of the locked room. or at least i still think i am."

"Ive been away you see. and i didnt exactly tell Elijah i was going. It wasnt planned"

Alexandra was impressed that she met someone with such a high status. "Are you the man that they said disappeared from the locked room?"

She was intrigued by who he was and where he had been, she shifted in the sit so she would be facing him.

Elijah reentered his office, surprised to see another new face. It appeared as if he'd interrupted a rather private conversation. Maybe the two knew each other? But when it came to Kirk, what did Elijah really know anymore?

He nodded to the woman, a face he didn't recognize, and took a seat behind his desk once more. "Hi. Can I help you?"

Alexandra looked up as she finally saw Mr. Wright in person for the first time. He exerted the authority that he possessed as he addressed her. She stood up and stuck her hand out as she started to talk.

"Hello, Mr. Wright." Alexandra said as she smiled and put a hair behind her ear, an old habit. "My name is Alexandra and I work in the Time Room. I just wanted to introduce myself to you and let you know that I will work my hardest to make this a better department."

Kirk quietly laughed to himself as Alexandra held out her hand. Another employee introducing themselves to Elijah he thought to himself. Seems all he does is greet new employees.

He sat back into the sofa, crossed his legs and watched...

"Nice to meet you, and thank you, I'd appreciate that," he said, shaking her hand and nodding firmly. "We've had a few issues...ahh...holding down employees in there, and it's nice to see someone so dedicated to the job. I'll actually be stopping by sometime soon to see how things are going."


Elijah turned to Kirk, a questioning look on his face. "And you...care to explain? I had quite a talk with the Minister on how to handle the situation, and now I'm really glad it didn't have to come to that."

His arms were firmly crossed, but he was secretly glad to have him back. The Locked Room was suffering in his absence... and he was intensely curious as to just what had happened.

"Thank you, sir." Alexandra said as she put down her hand. "Well, I see you're busy." She said as she smiled.

She then turned to Kirk before she left, "I hope I see you around."
