Down the hall from the Department Head's office and next to the entrance to the Department of Magical Education, there is a wooden door with a large sign that states clearly "Conference Room".

This is the place where all the Department meetings are held. It is a large, spacious room, with many pictures on the walls depicting schools from all over the world. The wall colours are beige and the floors are made of gray, clean carpet. In the middle of the room there is a long, light wood table with many chairs on either side of it. The chair furthest away from the door is the Department Head's chair, and the closest one is the Division Head's. Small tables with refreshments and writing supplies are situated within reach of the chairs and the breakroom with the toilets is quite conveniently is just across the hall.

OOC: The meeting will start in about 24 48 hours, so please get your characters here as fast as possible and keep chatting to a minimum. Thank you!

And by the way, the door is currently OPEN! =)

Danielle got up smling, she just then notcied how hungry and thirsty she was she grabbed a cup of pumkin juice and quietly without anyone knowing whispered these words "Accio biscuit" and her biscuit hovered toward her from her room,through the open window. She sat down taking small sips and tiny bites making sure she didn't look as hungry as she felt.

"I would rather have mine,thank you very much" DAnielle said to Maddie. She had a feeling she was just mad because her idea needed more thinking about.SHe rolled her eyes and looked down wishing she didn't leave her book in her office.

Oblivious to the tension that seemed to have become a permanent fixture in the room, Ava stared down at her poor attempt of a brain storm. Did Jake want them to elaborate further on the ideas now? Tapping her quill gentley on the table, she looked up and studied the faces of her co-workers.

"Ok, well just to summarise what we have so far" she began hesitantly. "Putting up posters around Hogwarts, Hogsmeade and shops in Diagon Alley; competitions cosisting of hard questions; scavenger hunts; essay competitions; creating awareness of the cup through booklets and cards like the ones in the chocolate frog packets; quidditch games and finally, Miss Amerie's idea of setting a certain amount of questions and when students answer all correctly, they become finalists. Do we want to use all of these ideas or pick the a few? Or do we want to add more to the list?".

The last thing she wanted was for anyone to think that she was trying to take the lead but the meeting had reached somewhat of a stand still. They were all pretty decent ideas, they just needed to be worked on further. Biting her lip, she turned her eyes once again to her hands resting in her lap. "I personally think they're all great idea's that just need to be expanded on a little".
