A series of desks are spread out throughout the center of this floor. Each of the desks is large and ornate, labelled clearly with the employee's name. These desks are for the staff of the Minister of Magic. Each employee on this floor ultimately answers to the Minister of Magic, albeit often through the Senior Undersecretary, and they each communicate directly with a specific department on his behalf.

Angelina was walking by the corridor reading some notes that she had on her right hand while she hold her coffee with the other hand.

Still with her eyes on the parchment, she didn’t noticed the person that was walking on her way, but it seemed that persons noticed but didn’t made the tinny effort not to bump into her.
Well, he didn’t bump into her, he almost bumped.. but she almost lost her balance(which was something normal) and let her coffee fell on the floor, so she could considerate that he bumped into her.
At least she thought that way.
The man was walking so quickly that she didn’t even have time to open her mouth and say something, she just turned around and observed him leaving with an eyebrow raised.

The young woman finally reached her desk, she seat down on her comfortable chair as she took a long sip of her coffee and placed the parchment on the table, and that was when she noticed the memo.
Angelina grabbed the memo and read it carefully, she just seat on her chair and she already had to leave.
She loved her job more than anything.. maybe she was still a little tired from the wedding.
The young woman stood up after taking another, but this time , long sip of her coffee and walked out of the room.

The time had arrived for Alexander to begin his first day on the job. He attempted to walk with an air of confidence to his stride, trying to give the impression that he knew exactly what he was doing. He wandered around aimlessly in the desk area before finally approaching what looked to be like an unused desk. He didn't want to make it too obvious that he was trying to determine whether or not this was, in fact, his desk. He slowed his walk and finally stopped right before the desk. He pulled his pocket watch out and pretended to set it to some appointment time, all the while studying the desk for some sign that it belonged to him.

Ah, finally. There it was. Almost as if it were shouting, "Here I am, Alexander! The clue you're looking for! It's me, your desk!" Okay, so he was making a joke of the situation, but in reality, he was more relieved than ever to see that little piece of glory - that little piece of evidence he'd been looking for. His saviour in helping him determine where his desk was - a memo! A memo with his name on it, at that!

He quickly stuffed the pocketwatch back into his pocket and sat down at his desk to read the memo.

Lucas shuffled into the room boredly. He had been in the ministry for a whole two days now, and no one seemed to be overly interested in telling him exactly what he was supposed to be doing. Then again, he was sort of early for year's work to being. And he hadn't said he was showing up for a few days.

Yep... that's probably why.

Glancing up, he noticed another man in the room. He looked to be around his age for the most part, but he also looked very interested in something he was reading...

Oh, he just got the memo I already passed around. Well, good to know I'm one up on the game. I'll go sit at my desk and set up shop...

Lucas moved across the room and plopped him down at his desk, and began to go through his bag in an attempt to feign business.

"Finally.." the young woman said in lower voice as she walked back to her desk and picked up her coffee that she left on it.
It wasn't as hot as it should be.. but it was coffee, and that was what it mattered.

While she was reading some of her notes, she noticed a new man moving across the room.
Well, at least she though he was new she didn't remember to see him.
Oh wait, she did, wasn't he the man that bumped into her and didn't even apologize?
She couldn't remember very well.

Angelina observed him for a while with an eyebrow raised and then turned back to her notes.
She was not good introducing herself.. last time she introduced herself to someone her books escaped from her hands and felt on someone.

It was better for everyone if her kept quiet and focus on her job.

Edith walked back into the office and sat down at her desk. She had just been around the third floor handing out the flyers and now she was tired. She placed her coffee on her desk and sighed. Now she actually had to do some work. She sat up slightly straighter in her chair and got out a blank piece of parchment. Her eagle feather quill was in it's holder on her desk. She reached over and picked it up and unscrewed the lid of the pot of scarlet ink. She dipped the nib of her quill in the ink and put it to the parchment. She was going to write a list of all the things she had to find out about this conference and what her department had to do.

Reagan entered the liaison area with Bella behind her. As she entered, she called out for all of the liaisons to hear, "Staff meeting in the conference room right now. Please hold off on whatever you're doing at this moment and follow me. We have lots to discuss!" And with that said, Reagan led the way to the conference room.

Edie started as Reagan started speaking from behind her. She swung her legs off her desk and her eyes sprung open. She sat up straighter in her chair and swung around. She nodded as Reagan bustled back out of the room "Yes ma'am. Right away ma'am." she mumbled. She packed up a few sheets of parchment and her quill and ink and stuffed them into her handbag and walked out of the room into the Conference Room, her midnight blue robes billowing behind her.

Dumping all things in his hands on his desk, Alec decided to grab some lunch from the cafeteria and return later on. He clocked out for a lunchbreak to let people know he was away from the office.

The door of Reagan's office opened as she led Ministry security out into the liaison area. She called out, "Miss Gilmore, can I see you in my office please?" as her eyes scanned the room for Angelina.

Reagan then explained to all the liaisons, "This gentleman from Ministry Security has been given permission to search our floor for any dangers that may put our foreign guests at risk during the Conference. Please be cooperative and assist him if necessary. Thank you."

Cambell looked up from her files over the American Wizarding school as Reagan made an announcement about the security. Cambell sat back in her office chair with her file, still reading, and backed away from her desk incase the securtiy guard wanted to check for dangerous items there.
Cambell quickly pulled herself back up and grapped her tea and then slip back once more with a smile.
Cambell had been studying the American school closely since the Education Department had given her all the information. She knew that the old Hogwarts and Salem were very similar compared to the other schools. She herself didnt like the current situation at Hogwarts, but she wasnt going to let her Minister look like a fool, so she studied thoroughly the high and low points of the system.

Angelina was tapping her quill on the table when she noticed Reagan walking into the room with a man next to her.
When the young woman heard her name being called her moved her eyes to her boss. " Sure."she simply answered as she stood up.

Brain stretched his hands and gathered the finished papers to file up. He had no idea where the others gone! But the place seemed bit deserted. He sighed before finished up the work.

Tonya Anne Walked into the liason's office and looked around for the desk for Magical transportation. She spotted it and walked over to it and placed her coffee and bag down on the desk. she lookked around the empty office and sat down.

Cambell noticed that only three Liaisons seemed to be at there desks at the moment. She assumed that everyone else was off at their Departments taking care of business for the meeting. Laylee pulled herself back up to her desk and started looking through the schools files that she had grabbed from her Department. She took a drink of her tea as she read about Belle's school curriculum.

Tonya Anne collected the papers from her desk and stood up. She pushed her chair towards the desk and headed for the door. She stepped out of the office and walked to the lifts.

On her way through the liaisons' desk area, Reagan informed the few liaisons that were sitting at their desks, "I dropped an assignment in the box for you all to complete. Also, I need someone to bring the same memo to the Department Head of Magical Maintenance and Security, in addition to their own department. And while you're down there, can you make a request to have the weather I see outside my window to resemble a sunny autumn day. I'd like to see some color on the leaves of the trees and maybe have a slight breeze so I can see the leaves wiggling a bit. I also need someone to stop in the Ministry Gift Shop and pick up two large stacks of Ministry stationary, a new feather quill, and a Ministry coffee mug, please. Thank you." And without waiting to hear who would volunteer for the task, Reagan entered the conference room.

Seeing as only herself and one other Liaison were the only ones in the office, and Cambell only had reading to do, she jumped from her desk as Reagan left. She headed straight for the assingment box with her notebook and her mug of tea.

ooc-Later...

Cambell made her way back to the Liaison desks, on her way to Mrs. Taylor's offices when she saw the woman she had talked to about the weather standing at her office door. Cambell steered clear and headed for her desk instead. She would drop off the stationaries, mug, and quill when they were finished with their business. She didnt want to get in the way of anything.
So, Cambell set the random items from the Gift shop on her desk and grabbed for the Salem school file once more, and she began reading.

Before Brain got his feet, another Liaison took in charge of the extra work. Hell the numb feet!! He got up and walked over to the assignment box to pick his own. Finally some work to do, he smiled to himself as he ran his hand through the hair.

Tonya Anne walked into the office carrying a stack of notes from her meetings. As she walked into the office she bumped into a man standing at the assignment box and tripped her papers flying everywhere. "Oh." she said as she landed on her knees grabbing at the flying papers. "I'm so sorry I wasn't paying attention." she said to the man she bumped into as she brushed a long blonde hair from her face and continued picking up the papers.

Accidents were not new to Brian. He used to it more lately. Right now what was the reason and who it was! He looked up as rubbed his righ shoulder, seeing a young lady who was on her knees to get the papers back. "Oh, it's alright.." only he could tell before knelt down to help her. "Are you new to the department? I've not seen you before here. Any damages in your beautiful body?" he asked in pure concern, knew that he had a strong body which could hurt the opposite gender easily.

Cambell lifted her head to see Brian and new employee talking. The young blonde looked slightly flustered as if she had just recovered from a fall. Cambell noticed the mixed up mess of papers in her hands. Cambell, having free time, got up from her desk and walked over slowly to the Liaisons to introduce herself to the newcomer. Though, when she reached them she felt as if she had gotten in the middle of some secret game. But, she couldnt walk back awkwardly to her desk now, she had to say something.
"Hello, Im Cambell Robinson!" She said in a polite tone, trying to hide the sudden awkwardness she felt. "You're new to this Department right?" She asked. Stupid question, of course she was.
