Once again the Transfiguration classroom has been transformed. There are no desks and chairs but instead you walk into a ball room with a long stage and a backstage area. To the side, chairs line the runway on both sides. Are we at Hogwarts or are we at a fashion show? It's hard to tell once the door closes behind you.

Hopefully every stitch is perfect and buttons are straight because it's time to rip the runway!

Professor Bellaire (http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=140030572) is sitting in the best seat in the house, ready to grade your creations.

ooc: All SS and transfiguration classroom rules apply.

Maddie wasn't exactly sure she would ever be model material. NOT that she WASN'T stunningly beautiful and capable of wearing any outfit. It was just that she didn't find the whole parading around in styles other people deemed "fashionable" appealing. Luckily THIS time, she'd be able to wear a creation of her own design. That provided her SOME comfort.

Stepping into the room and sure that she was looking polished, she greeted a very overdressed Professor Bellaire. "Hello Professor. Love what you've done with that place." She smiled politely and then stepped to the side and waited for instructions.

Another transfiguration lesson. Kace remember last lesson and it was fun to be designing clothes. He remembered the viking outfit Puck made for him. He would be modeling that today. As he made his way into the classroom....but it wasn't a classroom. He began to look around and it was a ballroom! Woaahh bloody merlin. This was pretty impressive. He was standing there mouth wide opened and couldn't stop taking in the scenery. He saw the fashion runway and he smiled and thought it was gonna be fun this lesson.

After he was done examining the ballroom, he noticed the Professor all dressed to impress. "Hello Professor Bellaire, your outfit looks delightful. I wish I should have dressed fancy but I love the design for the classroom." he told her politely. He waited for others to come into the classroom and waited for more instructions from the Professor.

Double-take.

What even? Was she in the right place?

If Bellaire hadn't been here she would've thought she'd walked into someone's Room of Requirement imagination or whatever. It was so weird, and yet expected of Bellaire. So expected that she wondered if her bestie will be making an appearance. She did bring everything from last lesson, but she wasn't sure she wanted to wear it in front of others, really. Thank Merlin it was appropriate, though.

"Good day, Professor! You look stunning." The woman did, honest. Look at that dress. And the high heels she could barely see. Lottie was momentarily jealous because of the shoes, man, she likes high heels, you know? Too bad she can't always wear them.

ANYWAY, she patiently waited for... either further instructions or Lex complaining about this or both.

He had read the notice for the latest lesson, bringing what he had made at the previous lesson with him as he made his way to the classroom. Yet still Benny wasn't entirely prepared for the scene that he was greeted with. A stage...and a backstage. Oh no. The fourth year's face fell as he remembered the mention at having to model their personal creations before the rest of the class. To say Ben was uncomfortable with it was an understatement.

"Hello Professor Bellaire," he greeted politely, trying to push past his feelings for now. No doubt the woman wouldn't take lightly to people not being thrilled with their activity for today. So they were stuck...for now at least.

The usual pre-Transfiguration ritual.

Standing outside of the classroom, Adi flattened his hair (though he left some of the front sticking up) then he straightened his uniform and his badge. Awesome. He looked presentable.

The Hufflepuff stepped into the class, all bright and cheery. That is, until he spotted the runway. Uh oh! He had a suspicion they were going to be doing the modelling soon buut he had hoped it wasn't to be during this class. Adi was not very happy at the thought of modelling in front of the entire class. Meh.

"Hello, Professor.'' Adi smiled at Bellaire then directed his attention to the rest gathered there so far. Oh, there was someone who would be looking forward to showing off his created clothes as much as he would. Adi went to stand next to Benny. "Hi,'' he whispered.

Toby's school bag was more packed than usual today, being that he had the clothes he'd transfigured for this class neatly folded up inside it, along with all his texbooks (because if there was something Tobias could never do, it was remember what classes he had on any given day; best just to carry them all around with him). After checking his uniform was up to par with the Bellaire's standards, at least as far as he could tell, Tobias stepped into the classroom.

Or, err... ballroom.

Unsurprised by the new set-up, but still impressed, Toby headed over to stand by one of the seats the lined the sides of the room, tapping his foot habitually once he'd come to a standstill, and nodded at the professor.

"Hi Professor Bellaire," he said simply, before looking around at his surroundings again. "Love what you've done with the place."

............................... WHAT?!

Oh jeez. Oh man. What in the name of?!

She was actually serious about this wasn't she? And what was that look on Grayson's face? Disbelief? Confusion? Mild disgust? Whatever it was, the boy was kind of surprised to see the set up and the way it was so extravagant. He expected modelling, sure, but to THIS degree? There was a freaking runway, for Merlin's sake!

Not that he had anything against modelling. It required CONFIDENCE, which he had plenty of. And he'd practised it too, once or twice -- what happens in the Slytherin Boy's Dorms STAYS in the Slytherin Boy's Dorms. That was all.

"Hello Professor Bellaire," he said, giving her a curt nod before moving off to one side to stand. And look around, of course.

Was Ethan coming? They had a terrible outfit to model.

Angel had her hair done exactly like her sister and her creation was with her... they had done matching costumes so she wondered if the Professor would be able to tell them a part when they have finished getting ready... she hadn't looked exactly like her sister whilst they were at Hogwarts and now it was time that she did.

"Good day, Professor!" Angel smiled at the Professor. "Love what you have done to this place?" Angel then went and stood near the rest of her gang and waited for her sister to turn up, this was going to be amazing.

Walking into a room she saw other people enter, Ariel was surprised and glad because this seemed like another opportunity for her to learn more about humans. Of course she had her Prince Eric, but she did not like having him teach her everything since she would rather spend their time together doing other things. He did explain some things to her though.

Curiously she looked around before seeing another one of these people called a Professor. "Morning, Professor," she said not knowing the woman, but it would seem rude not to be polite when the Professor was a guest in her castle. Joining the other people, she waited to see what would happen.

Oh goody, there was his bestie and another person he was sure didn't really want to model what they had made. Surely that was something they had in common. "Hey," he greeted back in return, biting back a sigh. Maybe they could arrange themselves to go last and run the risk of not getting done in the time that they were given. Like they would ever really be ready for what was to come.

And then Angel joined them, looking a little too happy for the topic at hand. But then maybe she was the type who wanted to do what they had to do. "Hi," Benny greeted his girlfriend innocently enough.

She’d had to find someone who could cast an extension charm on her bag, but Brooklyn had managed to fit her nicely folded Slytherin-esque dress inside as she’d headed to the Transfiguration classroom. Having to model it wasn’t going to be any problem. She’d stood on her chair in History of Magic in her costume when she’d been Cliodne after all. Confidence was never an issue for her. Self-esteem had definitely never been an issue for her. If she’d thought she could have gotten away with it without risking angering Professor Bellaire, she would have just worn her carefully created outfit to class. Instead, the charm, but at least she knew the silk wasn’t going to get too wrinkled. That would be just as bad, and a reason why she’d much rather have gotten the professor to let her have some of the dragonskin.

She’d walked into the classroom without even a blink to show reaction to the change in appearance. Instead, she’d kept her attention of the professor, who was dressed really elegantly and it made her wonder if the woman had made that dress herself too. She probably could have. “Good morning Professor Bellaire,” she said sweetly, as she made her way to stand in front of an open chair. No sitting yet, of course, but she didn’t need to. She’d carefully set her bag down on the floor, though, just to make sure there was even less chance of ruining the outfit inside.

Bay slowly walked towards the door. for some reason he was not too eager to go to class couldn't he just stay in bed.. maybe he was coming down with something? and just walking into the class room confirmed his fears… *gulp* what was going on… he moved his head around truly hoping that he didn't have to… well you know dance.

"Hello Professor" he said while moving over to the group of students already waiting for the lesson to begin.

This was so not her thing and she was thinking hard about just skipping this class completely. The only thing that made her come is the fact that Angel was looking forward to doing this whole "twins wearing the same outfit" thing. Her sister even went to the lengths of having their hair the same.

As AJ made he way into the classroom, one thing was clear... the professor had gone all out for this. "Hello professor." AJ found her sister, boyfriend, and friend. She made her way over. "Hey, guys." Were they dreading this as much as she was?

Looking around the room some more, Ariel was happy when she saw her Prince Eric (Bay) enter the room. It made her happy because she hadn't seen him in a bit. Their castle was too big in some ways. "Eric!" she said happily as he joined them.

Dear. Sweet. Merlin.

"Kill me now, before this hell actually starts." Alexa muttered, falling into place next to her bestfriend. What even was this and WHY did they have to be subjected to this of all things? Horrible memories of her first year played over and over in her head as she took in the room she now found herself in.

"This is a joke, right?" A really unfunny one that the Professor was personally enjoying at their expense? A girl could only hope because it was either that or a fashion show and as you might not have been able to tell, the Gryffindor was plainly not about this life.

"Good morning Professor." Before she completely forgot in all her shock. The last thing she wanted was to be told she had absolutely no manners, possibly followed by 'you think that being Head Girl makes you exempt, Miss Cambridge?'. Lex was quite fine with it not getting to that. Seriously though, someone put her out of her misery before it started.

It was time for Transfiguration and Jasmine entered the classroom a bit surprised. The whole set up was different, starting with the runway in the middle of the room. Oh they were really going to do this fashion show thing. Jasmine saw their fearless leader and greeted her properly.

Hello Professor Bellaire.", she said. Then she found an empty spot to stand until further instructions were given.

Mackenzie walked into the Transfiguration and couldn't hide her gasp. It was BEAUTIFUL!! She smile as she looked around and then noticed that she was kind of holding up people so she walked a little farther into the room. "Good Morning Professor."

She still had stayed the recluse that she had become since her second year. She hadn't spoken to anyone in months, and that included professors, her grades were slipping and she was beginning to wonder if she would ever be able to finish school. Maybe her grandmother was right and she needed to leave school. But she didn't want her grandmother to be right. So in order to right this she had decided to come out of hiding. Maybe just maybe she could show her grandmother that she was okay so that she didn't pull her out of Hogwarts.

She stood off to the side as she took deep breaths. Being around people, especially happy ones, hurt.

Oh Merlin, what was going on in here? How come every time they walked into this room it was always something else. Couldn't there just be one normal class for once? Zander didn't even like Transfiguration!! If he only knew what he actually wanted to do with his life, he could possibly even drop the class, but since he was still undecided... Unfortunately, it's a must.

Small smile in place-- knowing that Bellaire would rip his tongue out otherwise-- he walked over to the Professor in mention, who by the way was way over dressed for just a lesson, and waved. "Hello, Professor," and then he stalked off to find a place to wait by his friends. She stood off to the side as she took deep breaths. Being around people, especially happy ones, hurt.As he started noticing all the familiar faces, he almost missed one in particular. One that he hadn't seen in a while. One who was purposely isolating herself from the group. Mackenzie!? The Gryffindor was left really confused after talking to her on several different occasions, but for some reason... He didn't mind all too much. So instead of walking over to wait by everyone else, Zander walked over to the side to. "Uh- hi, stranger," he smiled. Long time, no see.

The classrooms still surprised him when they looked NOTHING like what he expected... and this was one of those times. The Gryffindor first year strode into the room to find it completely transformed, and the Professor was super dressed up too. Was he... in the wrong class? Was this Transfiguration? Or was this a dream or some kind of set up?

Of course, he KNEW they were going to be modelling their clothes, which is why he had his with him. But all of this, was just... something else.

"Hi Professor Bellaire!" he greeted, beaming at her as he passed. He wanted to hide behind the taller kids for now, cause he did NOT want to be the first one out there.

Zeke dropped his bag with his clothes in it onto the floor at his feet and waited for instructions.

Well, that was actually expected. The set up of the classroom? Yes, somehow he knew that the catwalk thing was going to happen. If there’s a catwalk, then there’s definitely some mad modeling waiting to happen. Was the school ready for their creation? Wait, are they even going to model that thing, or...?

Ha! Hahaha.

Ethan walked further inside the room, and spotted the professor immediately. “Good day, Professor Bellaire.” The prefect gave his greeting with a cheery tone, and stood beside…his partner in crime: Grayson Whitlock.

The younger Slytherin gave the older boy a nudge and a playful grin. He didn’t need to be a genius to figure out what’s going to happen in a few minutes. They are going to rock this activity. Besides, it’s about time that they witness how awesome Slytherin boys are when it comes to modeling. It's like second skin, really.

Confidence, anyone? They’ve got plenty.

"Welcome Welcome!"

They all should be happy that they were finally getting to meet Sophia who wasn't constantly annoyed by knobby kneed, preteen angst. They were seeing Sophia Bellaire in her element. Her smiles were real and the twinkle in her eyes was not a result of her planning a way to punish or inflict some sort of discomfort on somebody.

Ahem..

And she had seen some of the pieces....some needed some adjustments

Well, there you go.

Knowing your best friend certainly has perks, no? Probably not. She was complaining almost instantly and Lottie wanted to laugh but refrained from doing so. Though, Bellaire seemed so happy that perhaps she wouldn't have minded the laughter. "Nope. Couldn't possibly go through with it alone." So, sorry, we're not killing you, Lex.

No jokes either, it was perfectly obvious Bellaire was serious. She actually intended them to portray their creations in some way.

But, really, why not animate mannequins instead? It'd be so much cooler."No jokes, sorry." But then the professor said "THE SHOW" and, erm, did they really have to do this? Seventh years should be excused and just direct the show, no? Be the ones in charge or something. She'd be willing to help the ickle ones instead, Kyroh included.

"Cheer up, man,'' Adi whispered to Benny. "How bad could it be?'' Yeah, let's be positive. 'kay? So then why did Adi visualise himself tripping over his feet while modeling his outfit. *Gulp*

But hey, one person would be happy about this. "Hi, Angel.'' And where was AJ? Oh there she was. "Hello.'' Smiles for the girlfriend.
............................

Wasn't Professor Bellaire all bright and cheery today? This mus be the happiest and excited Adi ever saw her. Fashion really was her thing.

Okay...so he had finished his creations and he had no wish to make any adjustments to them. He'd just stand here and watch everyone else, yeah? Gosh, this must be the most awkward lesson ever.

Walking into the transfiguration classroom Cyprien could hardly wait. He had enjoyed the first lesson and was sure that the 2nd lesson would be equally as entertaining as well as educational. His plate was piling up with so many subjects it was hard to find time to do homework however he was managing and that was what was important.

....... Who was this woman and what had she done with Professor Bellaire? Because uh, this was definitely not the woman he had seen last lesson that was for sure. Even though her smile seemed less for than it had in the past-- those moments when she did actually smile, at least-- it was still really creepy. Zander didn't like it, not one bit. It was kind of throwing him off actually.

But wait a minute? They were still going to use the clothes that they were working on? Well.... But... Wait a minute. Were they going to have to wear it in front of everyone!? And where's Kyroh!! Zander didn't see the second year at all and he was supposed to be working with the Gryffindor and now Zander had to wear a superhero costume all by himself... Uh oh.

And uh, he still had some stuff to work on too. The fourth year decided to pull out what he had already done, which were the pants and looked around to see how far everyone else had gotten. Well really he just needed some kind of shirt and then a cape... And possibly a mask or something depending on how much time he had left.

Well there was a logical reason if she'd ever heard one. Lottie would be forced to work with someone else if Lex happened to conveniently drop dead before they could get through the show and who knows what kind of idiot her bestfriend would be stuck with. For her sake, she'd do that living thing. "Don't reckon it's too late to make an escape. People are still working on pieces," apparently, "no one would even notice." Least of all the Professor who would have been too busy watching everyone else.

When you got to your Seventh Year you were allowed to skip classes. It was like some form of unspoken rule or something but the Gryffindor was very much aware of it.

Lottie's confirmation that it wasn't a joke only hit hard after Bellaire mentioned the word show. Show WHAT exactly? Or no, she meant show like with the catwalk and the strutting and all the things that weren't gonna happen.

"Again, it's not too late to make for the door. I don't actually suspect she'll mind too less brains to hammer knowledge into." So...they could go. See?

Come on, Lottie or were they staying?

Eden had been here the whole time. And once more she was nervous for this class because Bellaire was so..harsh most time. The professor DID seem like she was in a much better mood this time around, though, thankfully, and Eden glanced around for anyone she knew. However, she wasn't in the best of moods either. Maybe she shouldn't force herself to talk to someone else...hmm.

Her partner didn't seem to be anywhere? Norah? right? Eden looked around for her and didn't see the younger girl--but she did go collect their items of clothing and was happy with the jean idea she'd had. She was comfortable in jeans, yes. The top...well...it had been more the younger girl's idea, but Eden didn't mind it so much. The size still looked questionable--plus Eden was an older, thicker girl than Norah. So maybe she should adjust the size a bit? Yeah?

OOH. So they got time to finish what they'd not managed last time? PERFECT. Toby still had some adjusting he wanted to do of the clothes he'd already made, and he still had a coat that didn't even exist yet. Well, good job he'd gone and brought that fabric along then, in the hopes that Bellaire would allow them some extra time.

Tobias set his back down on the floor and took a seat. He carefully piled the folded clothes onto the seat beside him until at last he was left with the final piece of fabric. There were no mannequins here, but that was okay, Toby simple draped it up and over his shoulders and around his back and used himself as the mannequin.

The Hufflepuff paused suddenly, and frowned in thought. Could he remember the spell without checking his notes? It would be good practice, just in case it all came up in the OWL exams. As he thought, Toby got his wand from his holster and tapped it in his palm, another fidgety habit that had recently developed.

And then, aha! He knew what it was, 'cause it was the same as the one that made a vest, and that was what Bellaire had first demonstrated with.

"Summus Vestis," Toby said confidentally, pointing his wand back at himself with some difficulty and trying to do that backwards Z (from his hand's perspective at least) and aim at the fabric. It was ridiculously fiddly, but he tried his best and focused on the coat he wanted to make and waited for it to work so he could get on with the other adjustments.

It was all a bit weird for him and he didn't even realize how uncomfortable he just made the situation. Whooops. Heh. "I-uh-I see you have your creation?" Yuuuup. Not awkward at all.

LOL. Um back to business? With fabric in hand and wand in the other, Zander paused for a moment. Wait, what kind of shirt did he even want to make to go along with this? And since when did those pants seem like a good idea? And no. He had time, he'd start from scratch. Taking the piece of fabric, he made a Z-motion, no wait, BACKWARDS Z with his wand, "Summus Vestis!" Right. There. Now how to do the pants? Um. AHA! This time he simply pointed his wand, "Summitto Vestis!!" And now that he had shorts... He'd make some tights/longer pants to go underneath them? "Summitto Vestis," there, perfect.

As for the cape.... Nah, there wasn't really a spell for that so he just started cutting up a long piece of fabric for that.

Uhhhhh...... make adjustments? He didn't need to do any adjustments, nope... that was what OUT OF CLASS time had been for. Yep. No, he was totally ready for this, or at least, as ready as he ever would be, all things considered.

He did have a question though...

"Professor?" he asked, approaching her, "do we change now? Or soon?" he asked. Totally needed to know that.

Professor Bellaire seemed rather perky today.......which was strange. She was even giving them time to finish working on their creations. Jasmine had finished her outfit during the last class, although it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to look it over. You never know, there just may be something that needed fixing or adjusting.

Jasmine retrieved her clothes and took a moment to inspect them. Everything seemed to be in order, as far as she could tell anyway. All in all, she was satisfied with her work. Whether or not Bellaire would be happy with it was another story entirely. Jasmine was definitely unsure about this whole modeling thing, but she supposed that she could go into performance mode......just this once. Now she just had to wait to hear what the next step would be.

Ian gathered up his completed outfit. He wasn't terribly worried. It would either be acceptable or it wouldn't. It wasn't like he'd come to Hogwarts School for Witches and Wizards to become a seamstress or fashion designer. Come to think of it, why had he decided this was a good idea to continue. Things recently had caused him to question his choice to stay.

He looked at his vest...and his shirt....and the denim pants he had made with the assistance of Zeke. Stitches still worked, buttons still present and whether the colors matched was immaterial to Ian. He was just glad he had a completed outfit.

Last minute adjustments, hm? Maddie had taken care of that OUTSIDE of class. All she'd really needed to do was adjust the long sleeve shirt she'd made. A series of engorgement and shrinking charms later and she'd successfully managed to fix the problem, though it had been a PROCESS. She was confident about her work, though. Her long sleeve shirt was a bit more formfitting than she was COMFORTABLE with but it WAS the right size. As were here jeans that she'd be modeling. All in all, she was pretty sure her look was polished. Maybe not as FANCY as some of the others, but work she was proud of.

The second year shifted from one foot to the other and continued her wait, anxious to get this whole modeling business over with. They'd be starting soon, right?

Taking the shirt she and Norah had made, Eden set it on the table and duplicated it, so that she would have one and Norah would have one. Then she tapped her wand on the garment and sighed. She had to just resay the spell and it SHOULD turn into her size, right? She and Norah had done that last time...so she just cleared her throat, and with authority, said, "Summus Vestis!" and did the weird Z thing with her wand. The shirt instantly became bigger, more suited for Eden. Oh good.

Now for the pants. She wondered if Norah had to do those to make them her size? She wasn't really sure how this all worked..but...whatever. She tapped her wand to the jeans and duplicated those, as well. She wasn't looking forward to the fashion show at all.

It would be torture.

Watching the rest of the students Bay couldn't help but get zoned out and proud that all the younger students were doing so well.. Taking out his wand he followed suit (he he he) and said "Summus Vestis" to his top and laughed because he remembered that Lux had called him "ERIC" she was always an odd ball but thats one of the main reasons why he loved her so much.. Winking at her, then he concentrated back on finishing that top… he wanted to make sure everything was okay.

Awesome, they were going to get started soon. Lux was excited to do a fashion show And fortunately had no adjustments that needed to be made so she'd just watch instead. Seeing Bay wink at her, she smiled and winked back. They sure loved winking at each other. "Awesome job," she said approvingly as she watched him work.

Making clothes wasn't his strong suit but he tried his best and all he really needed to do was to fix the top a little bit more, watching Lux stare down at him he instantly became nervous.. "do you think this is alright?" not the job that he was doing.. but the style of clothing that he made… some might not like the odd angles and shapes.

Awww, he looked nervous. Lux didn't like that. She gave Bay a big smile hoping it would help him relax again. "I think it looks great. I love the shapes and odd angles." It was really cool.

Reaching into her bag, she pulled out the blue dress she worked on last class. "What do you think of mine?" Were the flowers pretty? She hoped he liked it because his opinion was important to her.

Looking over her dress, she inspected it to see if there was anything that needed fixing.

Just like that, Toby was suddenly wearing the coat he wanted, transfigured out of that fabric he'd brought along. It was a little big, sure, but nothing like the times he'd tried on his dad's coats or whatever. It would do.

So, now just to make those little adjustments and he'd be all set. But that made Toby think, because there was one thing his coat didn't have; buttons. But he also didn't have any of those beetles to hand to try and transfigure, and he wasn't sure he could conjure a set of buttons out of thin air. Maybe he could just go buttonless but call it fashion. That could work.

The rest of the clothes then. For the next few minutes Toby worked on tidying up all the clothes he'd now transfigured, whilst still wearing his fashionable new coat. The trousers needed shortening, as did the sleeves of the shirt he'd made. All in all it seemed as though Tobias had overestimated just how tall he was when creating all this stuff, but he figured it was better to overdo it than go the other way. Something told him that the engorgement charm just wouldn't be quite right for this task.

As he worked on it, using little charms just to tidy everything up, Toby sort of assessed his own work. All in all, it wasn't too bad. Not something you'd find in a good clothes shop, but still not a bad outfit. If they got to keep this stuff, he'd totally wear it places, though maybe after some help from his grandma to tidy up the parts he just couldn't do.

The more time went on, the higher Toby's levels of distraction went, and after a few minutes he found himself more focused on curiously looking at what everyone else was doing than working on his own stuff. It was all very interesting, seeing what people had made, and wondering about their own creative process.

Sophia was buzzing around the classroom, helping a few hapless souls here and there. Wasn't this grand? Obviously they were all enjoying it because what could be more relevant than learning how to clothe oneself?

She paused when she heard a little voice.

"No. There will be no changing into your outfit until you are ready to hit the stage..." Speaking...

"Okay..everyone! Time's up!. If your outfit isn't finished, tough luck because you will be presenting it as it. First person go get ready!"

ooc: So here's how this will go...once you decide that you are ready, post your charries modeling and showing off their designs. You do not have to wait until the other person is finished..just please number your posts so I can follow.

Okay, it was time. Maddie figured that SHE'D be one of the first to go since SHE wanted to get this whole thing over with. And so the second year disappeared for a few minutes to change into the outfit (http://www.polyvore.com/transfig_lesson/set?id=140476342) she'd made, satisfied that it was enough like her sketch (http://i1265.photobucket.com/albums/jj511/ashleyd1234/TransfigFashion_zps392ee97f.png) to earn her a good grade. And though she'd opted NOT to make the blazer bit, she was still looking pretty good when she returned to the stage area and peeked out at the students and Professor Bellaire. Okay, this was no biggy. She was ALREADY fabulous so there was no need to be nervous about seeming so.

Confidence, Cooper.

And off she went, starting her walk down the runway.

This was seriously considered, by the way. Leaving the room as inconspicuously as possible. It wouldn't have been much of a big deal, quite frankly, surely Bellaire wouldn't miss them, maybe just Lex. Head Girl and all, you know. Also, pretty positive they could make a run for it now, especially since Bellaire was announcing that they could start...

...well, interesting.

What knowledge was Lex speaking of, though? They weren't going to learn any spells or anything, so, all they had to was model. Hmmmm. Yeah, she wasn't sure still, but she poked her bestie lightly on the shoulder. Kyroh's friend was already going up there. Would Lex do it? It wasn't a difficult thing to do, really...

...so they could stay.

Right, this wasn't awkward. Maddie figured she'd have to get used to people watching her if she was going to rule the world someday but STILL, it made her mildly uncomfortable knowing that the majority of people HERE weren't people she knew well at all. They were going to be judgey, yes? Good thing her outfit was great.

Once she made it to the end of the runway, Maddie made sure to pause and do a slow turn, fingers hooked around the belt loops of her jeans. This way Bellaire could get the full view of her work and grade as she saw fit. She even managed a confident smile before she started back towards the backstage area.

This whole modeling thing wasn't for her, just saying. NEXT!

Adi did not want to move. This was not happening, this was NOT happening. Of course, he supposed he could always stay where he was or make a quick break for the door. Meh. But nooooo. This Puffer never ran away from anything so he might as well get this thing over with.

"Going to go get changed so I can just get this out of the way,'' Adi told Benny, AJ and Angel. Maybe he could just do a really fast walk down the runway? That way he could get it over with in like five seconds. Hehe.

Apparently she was not the only one who was NOT looking forward to the whole modeling thing. In fact, Angel was the only one in the group who was looking forward to it. AJ was sure her face mirrored Benny and Adi's.

Her boyfriend was just about to walk away to get changed, when she stopped him. "Wait..." They all had to do it, there was obviously NO getting out of that, but maybe they could make this a bit less painful. "Neither one of us really wants to do this, so do you wanna suffer together?" Her smile was firmly in place. "Care to escort a lady?" Lady used in reference to AJ was a stretch.

Maybe then Angel and Benny could follow them and model together too. They could make this as fun as possible. If fun was even possible. Oh, who was she kidding? AJ could make anything fun. So what do you say, Rehman?

No mistaking it, despite the clear avenue of retreat Lottie was still standing there and in fact looking like maybe she was already figuring out the game plan for this modelling thing which meant she really was stuck here--because you didn't escape without the bestfriend. That was bad form and anyway what would you do while your bestie was still in class? Die of boredom, that's what, so fine she was staying too.

"I guess we should get changed then?" You know, since they weren't doing that getting out of here as fast as possible thing she'd been hoping for.

Lex yanked her dress from the mannequin then nodded toward the cheering area for Lottie to follow. They were modelling together at least, right....? No way was she going down that cat walk alone. She'd sooner sneak out to fetch Felix and have him walk the show with her. She liked to think he wouldn't mind and at least it'd be a distraction from all THIS.

So yeah, her and Lottie in this thing together to make it a little more tolerable 'cause they were staying.

Some of the brave students had already gotten the ball rolling. Jasmine smiled as Maddie Coop took the stage first. She was not surprised. She was a go getter and go getters weren't afraid to get things started. Well since there was no way that Jasmine could avoid modeling, she decided to get it over with as quickly as possible. Outfit in hand, she slipped out of the classroom briefly to change.

Jasmine returned in her new dress and jean jacket. It had turned out pretty well if she did say so herself. Now if it could only meet Professor Bellaire's high standards..... She needed to take a moment or two to get her mind right. If she could have danced down the stage, things would be OK. Wait, could she? No, of course she could not. Jasmine had to model and modeling was a totally different beast. She decided that this would be just like acting. She would pretend to be a high fashion model on the runway in Paris. She could do this......at least that was what Jasmine kept telling herself.

Whether or not her boyfriend liked the dress, Lux couldn't say because at that moment Professor Bellaire decided to start the fashion show.

EEEEEP!!

This was so exciting because she DID want to do some modelling in the future on top of being a potioneer. Nothing wrong with having more than one aspiration, and if the Transfiguration lessons kept being fun... Well, Lux would like the subject more. As it was she fount it HARD.

Other students were getting started, so it was a good idea for her to as well. Excitedly Lux rushed off to change, coming back a few minutes later looking all fancy in her awesome dress. She was going to have so much fun on the runway and Justine had even showed her how models walked on one.

She had this thing down like a PRO.

NO they weren't getting changed yet... but then YES it was go time... meaning, show time.. meaning he had to get changed. ZOMMMGGGGOOOSSSHH DON'T CONFUSE HIM.

Zeke fumbled awkwardly for a few moments with his items, looking around him at people bustling and things being done and... WHAT... was going on?

WHERE was he supposed to be?

WHAT was he doing?!?!!?

...

In the end, he did what he figured was the sensible thing to do. Go and change into his outfit. Yep. Cause he wasn't going to model without it. Not that he was particularly fond of modelling. It just wasn't the same without Ashley and Avery.

Garments in hands, Zeke went to change.

A huge grin started to spread across AJ's face. If they weren't in Bellaire's class he would have got a hair ruffle, an elbow to the ribs, something, but there was no way she was going to do that here. Not when she got told off for waving at somebody. Nope, nope, nope. AJ was good. "If you would rather model with them, be my guest." She was totally kidding though. Adi was going to escort her, and he was going to like it.

"Awesome." There was nothing like having somebody to suffer with you. It made things bearable. "I'll go get changed real quick." And he could do the same. "Meet you at the stage?" Well, not on the stage, but off to the side. Surely Adi knew what she meant.

Angel was totally looking forwards to looking exactly like her sister, she wondered if the Professor would be able to tell them apart she had a feeling that she would since AJ was sticking with Adi and everyone knew that they were a couple.

Angel looked around to see if she could see Benny but he seemed really busy so she went off on her own. She just wanted this lesson over with so that she could get back to the dorm, everything was going wrong with things and she just wanted to take a nap.

Some people had started getting ready for this...fashion show thing. Well then. Eden was trying to convince herself to do it...and...ugh. She didn't WANNA. But she picked up the clothes and glanced around...where were they supposed to change at? Some people seemed to be changed already--and others not--so...?

She saw people leaving the room to get changed--so she did just that. She snatched up her shirt--the flowery mess--and the jeans--and she siiiiiiiighed a long, MISERABLE sigh as she went to go put the clothes on. How was she even going to WALK? She didn't want the attention all on her?!

"You look beautiful as always.'' Adi grinned at what she said next. "You bet!'' Only thing was, he was feeling nervous again as images of him tripping over his feet played in his head again. But he shook them away.

Maybe he should have tried to slip out while people were fixing things. Or try and hide from attention in hopes to come up with an excuse not to do the second part of the assignment. All Benny knew was he was not into what was going on and didn't even have a partner to help in making it better. He just hadn't thought of worrying someone else about suffering because he wasn't the greatest with it.

The fourth year was plenty happy to let others go on first, delaying his modeling job as long as he possibly could. He simply nodded as Adi told them he was going to change himself and get it over with. Up to him...wait. Judging by watching his friends, Adi and AJ were now working together instead of the two sisters and Angel seemed occupied on working on her own, however more enthusiastic about it than he was. So he was now to be the last in their circle to do so.

But he couldn't avoid it forever, the Gryffindor eventually going back and changing into his outfit. The three pieces of dark t-shirt, pants and vest managing not to look horrible on him but it didn't really improve his mood all that much.

Jasmine waited and waited, now anxious for her turn to come. She wanted to finish so she could sit back, relax and enjoy the show. While she waited, she tried to visualize what she wanted to do on the runway. She picked the exact spots where she would do her poses and turns. She needed a walk though. That was essential. Jasmine had nowhere to practice so she practiced her model walk in her mind. It would have to do.

As her turn got closer, Jasmine adjusted her clothes one more time, making sure that everything was just so. Then she took a moment to decide whether to wear her hair up or down. She was leaning toward down, but she didn't wasn't her big hair to be a distraction. Finally, Jasmine decided to take out a rubber band and pull her hair back. Then she quickly twisted it into a neat bun. That would do for now.

At last, Jasmine's turn had arrived. She walked up to the edge of the runway and paused. Taking a deep breath, she stepped up. It was showtime.

Eh, she supposed she was as ready as she'd ever be for something like this. Alexa stepped out of the changing area in the dress identical to Lottie's--'cept in colour of course and tried her hardest not to scowl at the predicament. "Yeah, I'm ready." Which meant it was their turn no matter who else was about to take the stage. They were getting this out of the way then she was getting out of this dress and the world would go back to normal.

Lex walked to the stage, positive Lottie was right there along with her because, again, they were doing this together and if they weren't, Lottie wouldn't have asked if she was ready. See?

"How exactly are we gonna do this? Just...walk?" That one time she'd down the catwalk back in her first year she ended up tripping on the laces of her converse so as you can imagine, she wasn't too keen on trying anything too fancy. Just walking. Walking was good. Walking was safe.

"Let's go?"

So uh, they were going to start now? Uh okay... Thank goodness he had just finished up his outfit for the day, but where were they supposed to go to put this stuff on? Normally the shirt thing wouldn't be a big issue, but since it also included the rest of the outfit.....

Noticing a few people slipping out of the room to change, Zander followed their suit. After five minutes and a bag of old clothes later, Zander walked back a new man. A SUPERman (http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=140653267).

Now all he had to do was wait his turn to go on the catwalk thing and get the rest of this embarrassing class period over with. Every minute that ticked by was just another minute closer to food time.

Eden came back...wearing...creations (http://www.polyvore.com/edens_creations/set?id=140656194). She still wasn't sure about this dang top. It was just SO not her. So..flower and...just..not her style. And it showed her arms. Ugh. One of her least favorite parts of her body, too.

But she just quickly went back to her seat to wait for the...show to begin. Would there be music? She actually wanted there to be music. it would be WAY less awkward that way. Sliding into her seat, she watched everyone in their outfits. It WAS kinda' cool to see what everyone had created--and to see everyone's style or...lack thereof. So this class wasn't horrible. But still, Eden didn't want to walk in front of EVERYONE......and not in this FLOWERY thing that Norah had created last class. Not that she thought it was ugly. it WASN'T. Eden was just.......NERVOUS.

She wished Norah was HERE. Then she'd have someone to walk with. but she felt.....ALOOOOONE.

Oh. OH. Oh boy, that was some good timing. Just as he'd finished working on taking up the trouser legs, Professor Bellaire called out that it was time to get ready. Toby gathered up all his things and waited for his turn, watching the other students model his creations. Eventually he was up, and the fifth year hurried off backstage to go get changed into his outfit.

Tobias changed in record time, eager to hurry up and get into the next outfit as quickly as he could for multiple reasons. While he was pulling on the suit jacket that went with his outfit, Toby peeked out of the changing area to see how much time he had. GAH. No time. No time at all.

Just the coat left, Toby pulled it on and took a moment to straighten out his sleeves and such. He even artfully ruffled his hair, wanting to look super cool and windswept if he could. And then... ready? Ready. Okay.

Alright so now that he was wearing the outfit... He only had to model it in front of the ENTIRE class. Luckily, everyone else had to do it too so it wasn't all that bad. Only, he wasn't really sure when to start walking to the stage. But seeing some others go, he realized that you know, it's now or never!! So the fourth year slowly walked towards the stage, looking around to make sure that no one else was about to go on.

He took another deep breath before jumping onto the stage.

So now all he had to do was walk around... Right?

This wouldn't be too bad. Well, as long as he didn't trip. Ha. No pressure.

When was it going to be her turn???

Lux tried to be patient as she watched the other models walk, but she just wanted to have some fun on the runway. It would be like the performances she had done in History of Magic; she would be putting on a show for her audience. Besides, it was great practice for her future. Lux wasn't vain or shallow, but she loved dressing up and putting make up on. She loved doing the model thing because it was so much fun.

While she waited, she decided to do a bit of the model walk in preparation. Moving her hips just right and every once in a while striking a pose that she hoped Justine would be proud of, she walked back and forth.

Something needed to be done about her hair, though. She had kept it down today, so she ran her hands through it to give more of a ruffled look to it. Nothing to make it took messy, but just enough to make it look a little windswept.

Once Jasmine's foot hit he runway, she went into full-on performance mode. She wasn't a model, but she was a performer. She did know how to give the audience a show. The smile left her face and was replaced with....attitude. You had to give 'em attitude if you wanted to work the runway.

Using that impossibly unnatural crossing one leg in front of the other walk that models use, Jasmine strutted down the runway. She was going to make the most of her moment, oh yes she was. Even though she wasn't particularly enjoying it, you would not know from looking at her.

When she got half way down the runway, Jasmine stopped and posed, just briefly. Then she continued down the runway. At the end she gave another pose, a sloooow turn and she was headed for home. Fighting the urge to run the rest of the way, Jasmine kept her composure and her attitude to the very end. Blowing a kiss to the audience, she stepped down from the runway and breathed a sigh of relief. It was over, thank Merlin.

At the sound of the voice paying the complement, Adi turned. Forget about him looking nice...AJ looked so cute. He couldn't help smiling. Orange tee shirt. His favorite colour. It also reminded him of the birthday surprise she had given him.

"You look beautiful as always.'' Adi grinned at what she said next. "You bet!'' Only thing was, he was feeling nervous again as images of him tripping over his feet played in his head again. But he shook them away.

"Let's go.'' Runway, here came the cutest girl and the guy who was very apprehensive about tripping over.

Was it just her or was the look in his eye admiring? This only made her smile wider. Adi always seemed to have that sort of affect on her. They really did make a cute couple. AJ was glad that she chose orange, Adi's favorite color, to wear.

"Thank you." Her hair was actually done because Angel wanted them to look exactly the same to see if they could fool anybody. Maybe her being with Adi would be a dead give away. It didn't have to be though, because both couples were friends and they could easily be up there with each other's boyfriends.

"Okay." AJ wanted to grab his hand, or to wrap her arm around his, but again this was Bellaire they were talking about and she didn't wanna go there with her. Instead she stood closely to him as she walked up the stairs to the stage. It was go time. AJ waited for Adi to stalk walking by her side.

Angel now had to get ready and she was going to do amazing stuff so the Professor had to be ready and she was going to show everyone that she was amazing and could easily be a model if she had wanted to do but she was going to be working with plants so she didn't need to be a model.

Angel quickly changed into her jeans and her orange top, now she was ready and she was going to wait her turn... she wished that she had some music because that is what professionals did right.. It was going to be loads of fun and she hoped that everyone liked her show when it was her turn.

"Um...you look nice," he complimented her as he took in her outfit. The one that was to be the mirror of her sisters when they were paired together. Ready?

Eh, she supposed she was as ready as she'd ever be for something like this. Alexa stepped out of the changing area in the dress identical to Lottie's--'cept in colour of course and tried her hardest not to scowl at the predicament. "Yeah, I'm ready." Which meant it was their turn no matter who else was about to take the stage. They were getting this out of the way then she was getting out of this dress and the world would go back to normal.

No. Never. Never ready. For this, anyway.

But whatever. "Excellent!" Well, she could at least pretend to be a little bit on board with this NOW, right? After all, it was pretty much her fault they weren't enjoying the grounds or anything the kitchen could provide at the moment. Yes, Lex, Lotus followed nearby, and...

...almost laughed at her words.

They had done this before, if her memory didn't fail her. Granted, her memory was slightly blurry and often failed to forget unimportant matters. Like a previous fashion show of sorts. Astro-umbrellas, though, that was worthy of reminding. A smile in place. "Walk, yes, and then you can blow a kiss at Bellaire or something similar." LOL! Can you imagine?

Either way, she took her bestie's hand and walked with the dresses they had both made. Magically. But still. No way she was letting Lex fall. L-Squared forever, you know? What would Milton think of them now? Once they had reached the end, she did a simple pose and turned to her side to wink at Zander.

The only thing she hoped she could take with her. That boy. Such cuteness.

Tap, tap, tap....

Eden waited patiently. She did. She didn't want to go, so of course this was a patient thing. She watched as some people went...and she just..ugh. When it was finally her turn, she stood up-awkwardly-and made her way to the front of the room and siiiighed. this was awful. She wanted to melt into a puddle of "I'm not here right now BEEEEEEEP" but unfortunately, Eden couldn't be an answering machine right now. -___-

She quickly walked down the 'runway' without doing any special walk or anything and just smiled awkwardly and waved and then tried her best not to die of embarrassment and she didn't even nod at Professor Bellaire--she just made her way to her seat and slid so far down that she was almost NOT on the seat. MERLIN. She wanted to hide. Big time. Stupid tank top thing.

Toby emerged from the changing area, all ready to go (http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=140746670). He was... rather warm in all these clothes, not used to wearing so many layers, and especially not while inside, but figured he was stuck in them til the end of the lesson now. Maybe once he'd done his walk, he could go sit down and take the coat off. Tobias stood a little way away from the line of people ready to head out, not joining it quite yet.

He looked down at himself, trying to assess how well this would go. Hmmm, those trouser legs still looked a bit long, and a definite trip hazard. Tobias leaned down to turn them up slightly, hoping that he could pull off the fashion, and tried his best to even them up a bit. The trousers were otherwise fine, held up by the belt he usually wore with his school trousers. And then the shirt.

WAIT. Apparently, in his hurry to get changed, Tobias had buttoned up his purple shirt ALL WRONG, making it do that weird bunching up thing. The fifth year 'eep'ed to himself, and hastened to fix it one button at a time, and turning away from anyone nearby him because he felt preeeeetty uncomfortable with anyone seeing even a flash of his bare chest.

Okay, shirt sorted, looking snazzy, and then the jacket over the top. Toby paused, not knowing if he wanted to keep it undone or not, but eventually deciding to go ahead and button it up, since he'd gone through the trouble of transfiguring those beetles. As for the coat, that would be open so the rest of his creations could be seen, see?

Now that he felt totally ready to model his clothes, Toby joined the line of people waiting to walk.

Seeing both Lex and Lottie starting to walk the stage, Zander couldn't help but watch the pair take their turn. It was weird. Both of the girls were really the only 'soon-to-be-graduates' that Zander had really ever talked to. Well, besides Bay at least but Zander hadn't talked to the older boy in ages. And though Zander had never really said all too much to Lex other than the passing hellos, and the occasional search party, he had always looked up to her from afar in some weird sense. But Lotus was kinda different. Though Zander wouldn't really be too thrilled to let any of his seventh year friends go, Lottie was the one he was truly sad about. If it weren't for her, this year would've been even more miserable than it already was-- which, was saying something. He hadn't even known her for that long, which was the weird part!! She just got it. She got him. And even though her advice was always different than his original plans, she found ways to convince him without making it a big deal.

She just got it all so well.

And that's why, when she sent him that wink, he didn't react like he normally would've. In any other situation there would have been IMMENSE embarrassment. Yet, Zander only turned a little pink, but there was one noticeable difference on his face: That goofy little grin. He gave the girl a thumbs up and smiled, while still mentally preparing himself for his own walk along the stage. Which, he had yet to do by the way. He'd just wait until the girls were done before doing his own walk.

Yup. All the while trying not to think about the end of the term. It was coming by a lot faster than he first thought.

Finally it was her turn.

Happily Lux hit the runway going into total model mode. She walked up the stage moving her hips the way that Justine had taught her and occasionally stopped for some awesome model poses to show off her outfit. She was really proud of her creation; it was a strapless dress that went down to her knees. It was skyblue and decorated with white lilies. Lilies were her favourite flower.

Striking another pose, she was loving this. Too bad she was halfway through. Maybe she would be able to model at one of Justine's shows because that would be amazing and give her more practice as well as get her name out there. She just didn't want to do the full time model thing, only a little on the side.

Comtinuing her walk she was having a hard time not smiling at the audience but somehow managed. And she was almost done now, which made her sad. Finally she exited the runway so that the next person could have their turn.

It took him a few moments to change, but considering his outfit was simple enough, it wasn't too bad.

Zeke emerge, and joined the line ready to go and MODEL, dressed in his faded black denim shorts that were cut above the knee... coupled with his short sleeve button down shirt of a wicked house inspired tartan. Burgundy, green, blue and yellow. It sure was a sight to see, but frankly he thought it looked pretty nifty. He'd at least wear the shorts at home.

Standing in line, Zeke bopped on the balls of his feet - partly to see over the heads in front of him, but also partly because he was a little nervous. He didn't want lots of people looking at him.

Deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep breaths!

...

And it was HIS turn to strut. Only, he wasn't going to strut, he'd just WALK, like a normal human being. One hand in his denim short pocket, and the other swinging casually by his side, Zeke stepped out and strode down the catwalk/ long stage area.

He knew he had to pause at the END, and so he did. In doing so he BEAMED at the Professor and turned to his side so she could better see his handy work. The washed-look dark denim shorts he wore were well fitting, but not tight, he still had leg room in them. It was only a pity that he had cut them so severely. Originally his shorts were supposed to be PANTS, but with fashionable rips at the knees... go figure, he made them knee less. It wasn't a TERRIBLE error, the short thing was actually rather comfy, and he didn't think it looked so bad.

Zeke turned so that Professor Bellaire could see the other side, and he emphasised the shiny black former-beetle buttons on his shirt by adjusting the hem of it, pulling it flat against his stomach. The print of the shirt was ... well... an acquired taste, but he didn't so much mind the tartan. It was, appropriate. Tartan was a Scottish thing after all, and the colours were Hogwarts colours, so... win win??? He hoped so.

Once he was sure everyone had a good look at his clothes - and hopefully JUST his clothes - Zeke turned to strut back the way he came.

Phewwwww. Over!

Jasmine had finished her little foray into modeling and now she could exhale. Going back to her spot, she could finally relax and enjoy rest of the fashion show. She watched as her classmates walked the catwalk with varying degrees of success. Overall the outfits were pretty cool so far. Jasmine was glad that they had learned how to make clothes the magical way because she would definitely be doing this at home.

Looking down at her flowered dress and jean jacket, Jasmine thought about all of the things she could make with a flick of the wand. Her mind started envisioning different outfits......dresses, skirts, pants. Yes, she would definitely be giving these spells another try. She would have to thank Professor Bellaire when class was over.

Now that she was done strutting her stuff, Maddie was back in the same place she'd been before the show had started. Brown eyes were focused on her classmates, eyebrows raising occasionally at the fashion choices they'd made. You could tell a lot about a person by the clothes they wore. Wearable art. Walking art show. Her mum would've liked this.

Eden's outfit was simple but the flowers on the top she'd created made her eyes pop. Very blue, they were. Maddie approved. And then the red head caugt her eye. The Hufflepuff girl, yeah? She had a nice dress. NOT that the thirteen year old was a big FAN of dresses or anything but the color blue was lovely and she DID enjoy the flowers. The little first year was by FAR her favorite, though. NOT because his outfit was particularly striking or anything but because he seemed so at EASE up on stage. It was amusing to watch. Like maybe the kid's secret wish in life was to be a male model. Maybe she'd have to see if this was true sometime. Maybe.

He didn't want to lose credit just because he wasn't as neat as Bellaire preferred them all to be at times during the lessons and when they were in her presence in general. He then stepped back to the area directly before they would climb to the stage, suddenly noticing Angel already there.

Wait...who went first?

"Um...you look nice," he complimented her as he took in her outfit. The one that was to be the mirror of her sisters when they were paired together. "Did you...um...want to go first?" he questioned, though really quite willing to be a gentleman and step aside in favor of her. "Or...do we um...go together?" That was an option too. Do what Adi and AJ had finally decided to do.

Angel was about to go when she suddenly heard someone speak. "You look awesome." Angel really thought that he did. Suddenly she realised that he was saying she looked nice. "No I don't... if I had been wearing a dress then I would have looked nice... but they had to do tops and bottoms so a dress had been out of the question." Angel sighed.

"You can..." Angel started to say that Benny could go first... when she suddenly heard the rest... "Can we go together? Can we? Can we?" Angel would love that... she thought it would be cool to do some wacky modelling with her boyfriend.

Right...Benny didn't think he was all to awesome as Angel called him. Barely above normal really, other than the fact he usually wore school clothes and robes most days. "Still..." he said defending his comment about her appearance, not sure of what else to say. "I mean, you still look nice." Her spellwork had worked and it hadn't turned into trash so it was still a positive outcome.

Was he being given the chance to go first? Um...if she insisted he supposed. But then Angel was overly excited about working together with him. Maybe it would make him feel better since it meant that he wouldn't be all out there on his own but with the girl beside him. The one that was a better source of other's attention despite her own doubts in the status of her appearance. "Sure...after you," he said, motioning for her to climb up the stairs first, the fourther year ready to climb up behind her so they start together at the top.

No.

Haha wait what?? Blowing a kiss to Bellaire at the end of the catwalk? Hahahahahahaha, good one Lottie. No really, for a moment it got her mind off the whole exercise they were about to do. "Sounds like something Kinsley would have pulled." Lex didn't miss Theo as a person but she did miss how dumb he could get in classes sometimes. It made her feel like a winner knowing he wasn't getting the things that she was even with his boast-y talk that he liked having.

Holding Lottie's hand, she felt somewhat more confident in her walk as they made their way down the platform. Falling wouldn't happen, falling wouldn't happen, falling wouldn't happen.

Would the Professor actually be grading them based on how they did this walk because by far and especially compared to Lottie's, Alexa's walk lacked everything from grace to femininity--okay she might not have been that bad but you could definitely tell she'd never get far in this career if she ever decided to pursue it. Something she obviously would never do.

At the end she simply mimicked the pose her bestie did, deciding it was simple and manageable and would actually make them look more uniformed. Like it was PLANNED even though Merlin knew that wasn't even close to the case. No winks or kisses from her though, nope. It was lucky enough she didn't just jumped off the stage right there like she'd done her first year. Something told her the Professor wouldn't have been impressed.

Back up the stage now, yeah?

"Remember it's a 1... 2.... 3 and then pose 1...2...3 then pose and then turn and then do the same on the way back." Angel was totally looking forwards to this and she didn't want anything to go wrong. "Oh and remember no silly poses or people will laugh... be Professional all the time." Angel looked at her boyfriend. "Any questions?"

Just because she was finished modelling her dress didn't mean that Lux couldn't still have fun during the fashion show. Spotting Jasmine, she walked over to her friend. "Hey, I really like your outfit. You look so pretty." But then Jasmine always looked pretty.

Seeing the other models walk along the runway each in turn, she was pleased with how amazing everyone was doing. There were so many talented people at Hogwarts, and so many of them made excellent fashion models. This lesson was so much fun and Lux wished that Professor Bellaire did this kind of thing more often. Just as long as she didn't have to do another obstacle course where heights were involved she was all good. Though at least she had her brave boyfriend who had saved her last time.

The line was quickly going down, and Toby was thankful for that. He was getting kinda bouncy, probably with the excitement of the whole lesson and all, but if he bounced too much he might end up all ruffled and sweaty and not very catwalk-ready.

Three people left...

Two to go...

Just one in front...

SHOWTIME.

Dramatic as he liked to be, especially when he was in his happy headspace, Toby didn't hold back at ALL. When it was finally time, he STRUTTED ON OUT THERE and put on his best model face. This is your time to shiiiiiiiiine, Tobias. Make the most of this moment, you've not exactly got the height to make a profession out of this...

STRUT STRUT STRUT. Down the stage he went, actually managing to keep that super srs expression on his face as he went. In the back of his mind, Toby remembered that this was a graded activity, too, and more about the clothes he wore than his modelling talent, but that didn't stop him from working the stage as much as he could.

The Hufflepuff reached the end and turned back, just as he'd seen the others do. He only had to get back to the start of the stage and he was finiiiished.

Kinsley. Wow. It seemed like AGES ago since she last heard his name. It's only been a year or so, Merlin. Yes, it did sound like something he would do, she supposed. Lottie didn't pay him much attention, to be honest. So, of course she didn't comment on this. She focused on keeping her best friend walking towards the very end of the catwalk. Happy Bellaire?

Truth be told, Zander reminded her of someone. He's always since she met him reminded her of someone. Yet he was so Zander, that it was all too confusing. Lottie just really genuinely liked him, okay? And knowing that she couldn't possibly keep him in her pocket, then letting him know he could write if he ever needed anything ought to be enough, yes? Yes.

The two thumps-up was obviously adorable. She'll be watching when his time comes to take over the show.

L-Squared was done, however, so they could totally leave this place free for someone else. "Off we go, then." She nodded towards Lex, with a smile thanks to Zander, and led the way back. DONE. They were officially done with this assignment. ^____^

"Now, that wasn't so bad, was it?" Maybe.

STRUT. STRUT. STRUT YR STUFF.

That's what Toby was doing, totally making the most of these last few minutes of faaaaaaame, and really working it as he walked. The effect of his super srs expression was probably totally ruined by the fact that he had a total baby face, but Toby didn't care. Because he was being TOTALLY FIERCE.

Not for long though, because at last Tobias reached the end of his route on stage, and the end of his short-lived life as a model. But it was okay though, because now he got to watch the rest of the class. The Hufflepuff headed back to his seat as fast as he could to do just that, still in his snazzy outfit.

Though he did shed the coat, 'cause that thing was HOT.

He was glad his part was OVER, now he could just stand back and enjoy the show. It was actually pretty cool what some people were able to make, a lot of them were more creative than his was. Still, he was proud of what he'd produced.

Bouncing on the balls of his feet, Zeke watched as the Puffer boy... what was his name, Tobias? ... did his thing too. It was weird watching other dudes modelling. Watching the girls wasn't so bad, cause it was a girly thing to do, so it SEEMED normal enough.

Zeke brushed his fingers through his hair, shuffling his fringe out of his eyes.

"Now, that wasn't so bad, was it?" Maybe.

It might have been intentional--and we'll never know otherwise--but after they turned to go back up the stage platform, there was a little more speed in her step. The walk was over, they weren't posing anymore so really there was no point in hovering around the stage like they were enjoying it. Even if Lottie was, she most absolutely was not.

Never had she been happier to hear that they were DONE. Officially and completely so like...where was her uniform and how soon could she slip back into it.

"It might not have been." She conceded, but of course that was only because she had Lottie up there walking with her and she managed to not fall over at some point. It was all circumstantial. Left to it on her own there might have been more complaining and haha she probably wouldn't have made it onto the stage either. Bellaire would keep looking just to mentally check that everyone went and she wouldn't be able to remember seeing her take one step down that catwalk. Thanks Lottie!

"How much longer d'you think we'll have to stay here?" Had most of them gone yet?

There were some really interesting pieces on display and Sophia scribbled on her parchment after each 'performance'. Very good. She wondered why she hadn't invited some of the other professors to see this grand display of fashion talent.

Maybe juuust maybe these children had a future in fashion....

Or not..

Oh my...well...that piece was certainly...ummm...errr...interesting.

She scribbled on her paper.

And these next few...standing ovation.

Benny obediently followed Angel, feeling marginally better now that the focus wouldn't solely be on him as he crossed the makeshift stage. He did winch ever so slightly as he was referred to as a model, nothing could be further from the truth in reality. As for the directions and restrictions he was given, the fourth year could only nod. He had no intention of making silly poses so people could laugh. That didn't mean they wouldn't laugh anyway.

"Can this be over?" It was the only question he had but he already knew the answer. He had to get through it to get through the class. Sighing, he turned with his back facing Angel like his girlfriend suggested, trying to keep his nerves at bay.

Time to get this over with.

Angel smiled as she looked at Benny. "Don't worry you'll be amazing." Angel was sure that he could do this. "You are perfect for this, I know you will be amazing." Angel really hoped that he was ready because she was going to do something amazing.

Angel looked at her boyfriend. "Okay lets get serious." Angel then stood with her back to her boyfriend. "Hit it!!" Angel smiled as she did a half turn and started to walk along the catwalk. "One...Two...Three." Angel stopped and did the best pose she did... one hand on her hips the other hand blowing kisses at the audience.

Angel then started strutting along the catwalk again.. "One...Two...Three." Angel did another pose... this time she did a little twirl before she stopped both hands blowing kisses at the audience.

She hoped that Benny was not doing anything silly because this had to be Professional and Angel didn't want the Professor thinking her boyfriend was lazy and wasn't good enough to be a model when she knew he was.

Adi could see AJ's twitchy fingers and figured that she wanted to mess up his hair. Too bad they were in Bellaire's class and the lady was right there. Ah well. AJ would just have to skip the hair ruffle this time around.
..............................

They were almost to the end of the runway now. Oh yeah! So far, so good. ALL of Adi's nervousness was totally gone now and he was actually starting to enjoy himself.

Annnnnd they were at the end. AJ's sudden poses took him by surprise. He was not expecting them but he was happy to see she was enjoying herself. Oh...um...was he supposed to be doing crazy poses too? O__O

What did the boy do? He just stuck his hands in his pockets, turned a bit from one side to the next so that the audience could see his outfit and grinned awkwardly. Yup. He glanced back at AJ. Could they go back now?

It looked like Adi wasn't into the crazy poses like she was. Modeling wasn't her thing, but if she had to do it she decided that she might as well have some fun with it. AJ smiled as Adi just stuck his hands in his pockets. She could go for a good twirl right now, but didn't want to chance it with the professor. Bellaire actually seemed to be in a pretty good mood now. This probably would have been the best time to give it a go.

The thought left her mind as she admired Adi in his outfit. He really was the most handsome man that she ever had the pleasure of laying her brown eyes on.

It was almost time to go back. AJ spun once to the right, and then once more to the left. Her outfit had officially been seen at every angel. Adi looked like he was ready to get off of this stage himself. A nod was given to him as a sign to say that she was ready to go. AJ started to walk back the way that she came. They had done it. The torture was finally over.

Eden would MUCH rather not be the center of attention and just sit back, relax, and clap as everyone walked down in their outfits, yeah? Which is exactly what she did, too.

Ohh--Toby did look so smart right now. His outfit was well fitted and it make him look...OLDER. He was cute. She clapped and smiled as he worked his thaaaang and then--that cute little gryffie kid--yeah--he had done well, too. She thought his name MIGHT be Zeke but Eden was lousy at names so YEAH. She clapped appropriately for everyone--OH THAT GIRL AJ she had done well, too! Eden was glad no one else was as awkward and weird as she was.

Then the whole class would just be...awkward.

And Professor Bellaire was super happy. Which Eden found SOOOO odd because the woman was literally a TERROR. It was nice to see her be in her element, though, like all happy like this. It kiiiiind of made Eden a littler happy. Bellaire was a person, too.

"How much longer d'you think we'll have to stay here?" Had most of them gone yet?

Okay, she had to laugh at that. It's not like Bellaire will ask them to go back up there, you know? So now all they had to do was wait for others to finish and, "I'm, at least, staying until Zander's turn is up." She nodded a few times. How could she not wait? Not like he'd waited for her, but she still wanted to see the Superboy up there. Sorry, no Superman. Superboy will have to do.

Captain America would've been WONDERFUL, truth be told. The real thing, that is, not someone else dressed like him. Unless it was some look-a-like. But she knew no one.

"And we don't know if she has something else planned?" Could they possibly get some food, Bellaire? On-the-go? She didn't mind not eating here, by the way.

Bellaire seemed quite happy and Maddie found that while she was probably supposed to be watching her classmates, she was instead observing her professor. Everyone had their thing, yeah? The thing that made them a little less of a severe personality. Maybe fashion was Bellaire's thing the way art was her mum's. It was an interesting development, something the brunette would be keeping in mind for the future.

Also something to keep in mind, the boys walking across the stage. This was SORT of a perfect opportunity to observe the older ones for reasons. IMPORTANT reasons. They were being considered.

Benny wish he had the same confidence in himself that Angel apparently had in him. He was perfect for his, she said. If the girl was counting on him to make her look good she was going to be gravely disappointed by him as he was just going to try and do what he could but that was that. The fourth year doubted he could put too much flourish and creativity into it. Modelling was soooo not his thing and perhaps his girlfriend would have been better off with her sister. AJ and Adi had managed well enough in their walk.

Focusing when Angel told him to, he started to move when she had moved enough to be noticed by his side view. Ben was thankful for her quiet counting because it at least reminded him to do something beside her when she got to three each time. Which for him was mostly stopping and being in a statue-like pose that was more simplistic than anything Angel was doing on the other side.

One...two...three...pose.

Folding up the coat and laying it carefully down on the seat beside him, Toby directed his gaze back to the stage to watch what seemed to be the last of the students do their modelling thing. It was super neat and all, and the clothes were awesome, but Toby's attention was drawn mostly to Professor Bellaire.

She seemed so happy and super enthusiastic about all of this and it was a sign of the woman that Tobias had never managed to see before. Right now, it made him all the more happy and enthusiastic about the activity, and he turned to watch more catwalking students, smiling encouragingly at anyone who caught his eye in hopes that it might help them out a little.

He waited for the two seventh years to finish up their walk, before approaching the starting point himself. It was all like a sad reminder actually. This wouldn't be the last time he saw Lottie walking like that because the last time would be her graduation. Which was creeping up quite soon. The thought made Zander a little sad, but even a bit angry. The only good thing that had happened this term was becoming closer to the seventh year-- save that time he rescued Grayson from that pants fire.

It wasn't fair. Everything good always got taken away. Like last term with Beautiful Bentley. And now this.

Yet, he put on a smile anyways as he walked towards the front side stage. Taking in a deep breath, he began to stride across. It felt kinda great actually, with his cape flowing along behind him. If only he could dress up as superman ever day.

It made things a little better-- the cape-- even if only temporarily.

Ooooohhh THAT DUDE HAD A CAPE! ZANDER MAN! ZANDER MAN HAD A CAPE!.... he didn't even know making a cape was an option. In fact, he was very sure if it was, he'd have done it. For sure! A nice gold cape might have matched his outfit, maybe. MAYBE.

Zeke applauded as his peers continued coming out and modelling their wears.

He stood patiently, letting her have her moment. But then she nodded, signalling it was time to head back. That was totally fine by him. The Hufflepuff turned to follow AJ, still walking beside her.

Phew!

He was glad that's over. Once they were off the stage thingy and out of Bellaire's sight, Adi gave AJ's hand a quick squeeze. "You did great,'' he smiled at her.

Being cheered on by his fellow classmates-- the little Lion, Zeke guy in particular-- gave him a little boost of confidence. That would be kinda fun, wouldn't it?

Angel was totally enjoying herself and she was loving the whole attention... She was acting like no one else was there, other than her partner. "Your doing great." Angel whispered before going back to concentrate she didn't want to fall over or anything.

"One...two...three." Angel whispered. "Big pose were at the end of the catwalk." Angel did a huge twirl and then put her hand into a love heart shape... once she had done that she blew kisses at everyone... she didn't give Bellaire any she didn't deserve them but she blew kisses everywhere else.

Angel then decided to go a bit crazy and do a little strut to show off her design... she finished it with a half turn and then she walked slowly strutting back up the isle. "You did great Benny." Angel whispered... they were nearly through just a few more steps until they were back safely.

Sophia was having a good time watching the students showcase their designs. Time got away with her as she applauded one student after the other but she didn't notice until she had gotten a glimpse of her watch. Had all that time really passed? Professor Bellaire clapped her hands to get everyone's attention.

"Excellent, you all did wonderfully. I'm afraid that's all the time we have for today. Get changed back into your school robes then you are dismissed."

She would wait until they were gone to do the clean up.
