Girls Only!!
(That includes you Misters Potter and Weasley!)

A funny inscription etched on the door with a potions knife reminds us all of the great deeds Harry Potter and his friends performed in this very bathroom during their time at Hogwarts. While this second floor bathroom is indeed still haunted by Moaning Myrtle, it is no longer nearly as shifty as it used to be in Harry Potter's time.

And hopefully, these days the toilets are only being used for.... well, toilety things, not for brewing potions.

OOC Note: All SS Board Rules and School Rules apply in this bathroom. Violators may be punished both OOC and IC should they break any of those rules.

Samantha gently pulled Abby into a comforting hug. As she gently stroked the crying girl's hair, she said, "Maybe if you and her had a proper sit down and chat then things will sort themselves out. If you aren't confident then maybe sending her a message via owl will help." Sam then pulled away but she still had her hands on Abby's shoulders. "I do know that no one is worth two sisters breaking apart especially two sisters as close as you and Angel."

Angel decided to come to the place she normally came to when she really needed to think about different things, she was annoyed with Ian, why had he left when he could easily have put things right and why had she retaliated so she lost loads of points, it was such a stupid thing to do.

Angel sighed as she walked into the girls bathroom, she saw Abby and Samantha who she had met at the lake. She sighed again wondering if Samantha would hate her for what she did to Abby.

Angel decided the best thing to do would be to just ignore them and go and sit at the furthest end away from them... When she was way away from them she sat down against the wall and closed her eyes.

Samantha looked over and saw Angel sit down far, far away from her and Abby. Samantha had an idea but she wasn't too sure if this was going to work. She turned towards Abby and whispered, "Since your sister is over there how about taking the opportunity to patch things up with her? This may be a good chance to." Sam bit her lip, hoping that the plan was going to work. She also gave Angel a look to say that there was no feelings of hatred from Samantha to her.

Samantha sighed and she folded her arms. "Well, it is your choice but I do hope that you two sort this out soon. Oh and if you think that I will be Miss Messenger for the both of you because you two won't speak to each other then you are wrong." Her voice rose a bit at that last bit. She did care for the two girls, hence her frustration. She sighed and looked at Abby. "I am sorry I got angry with you. It is just that I just want the two of you to be back to the way you were before this all happened."

Leaving the cubical and moving to wash her hands, Charlie started a bit at the sound of the door opening. She offered a smile to the young girl who'd entered, and then proceeded to fix her hair a little bit, tucking strands behind her ears and pushing her glasses to the top of her head.

They ruined everything: she really needed to go back to wearing contacts. With a little bit of a sigh, she eyed the ribbon tied in a neat bow around her wrist, and was suddenly awash by a wave of loneliness. Of course, it wouldn't go in her hair - that was Elodies thing, Charlie knew - but it was kind of hard keeping it in her eye line at times, as it only reminded her of what she was missing on the outside. Gosh, the school had never felt more like a prison.

......"Are you okay?" Turning to leave, the seventh year noticed that the girl who'd entered hadn't gone to to stalls, or to the sinks as most people would. She peered down on her, wondering what on earth would be so bad that someone would resort to sitting on the toilet floor.

Angel looked at the older girl and sighed. "Oh hi" Angel gave the girl a weak smile. "I was just thinking about how I've messed things up." Angel really had done, her sister was angry with her for no apparently reason and now Professor cool and her own Gryffindor Prefects probably were very angry with her for causing trouble." Angel wished she was home. "So yeah I think I've had such a bad day today, all I want to do is curl up and fall asleep and come out when all this has blown over." Samantha walked over to where Angel was sitting with a Seventh Year. After saying a quick, "Hello, I'm Sam," to the seventh year she sat down next to Angel and offered her a handkerchief for her to wipe her eyes. "Hello, Angel. I just want you to know that I don't hate you and you are welcome to hang out with me whenever you want."

After the Hi, all Charlie was expecting, she couldn't help but admit to herself, was an 'I'm fine', or a 'Not feeling well'. She was not prepared for the insight into this girls life, and the poutiness, and basically all of the information. Had she even mentioned her name? Wondering if she should stop asking strangers how they were, Charlie frowned a little, looking down at the younger girl.

She was definitely not planing on sitting down next to her, no thank you very much.

"Oh." She managed, brow creasing even more. What did you say to make a - what, twelve, thirteen year old? - stranger feel better? Nothing sprung to her mind. "I'm sure you haven't messed things up that badly." Well done, points for crapness to Charlotta Czesanka! "But maybe you should go to sleep. Things might look better in the morning." All about done, there? Maybe she could leave now? Or should she be all old and responsible and try and get this mess sorted? Before she was able to decide, another girl had joined them. "Oh, uh - Charlie," she said, offhandedly, before watching her join the other girl on the toilet floor.

Weirdo's.

Angel was about to say something else when suddenly she was been hugged and she started to feel better at least someone didn't hate her and then she realised where she was.

EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!

Angel was sitting on the bathroom floor, had it been washed and was it hygienic and hang on a minute, why was she sitting on the bathroom floor? had she been that depressed she decided to sit down on there. "Thanks Samantha." Angel gave her friend a smile and turned to the Seventh Year as she got up.

"Hey your amazing." Angel said truthfully. "I'm Angel Valentine." Angel really thought it would be cool if she could get to know this amazing girl, that had helped her. "I think that sleeping would probably help me a bit." Angel really was glad she had kept a few friends after what had happened at the feast.

Samantha had gotten up once Angel had gotten up herself. Samantha hadn't really wanted to sit there but her friend was upset. Samantha took out her wand and performed a Drying charm on her clothes and on Angel's clothes as well.

"You are very welcome, Angel. You need to look after yourself. Like you said, a rest might help," she said.

Amazing? Well, that wasn't something she heard everyday, and although the compliment flattered her (clearly, Charlie adored being liked) it also confused her a little bit. Raising one eyebrow to join her quizzical expression, she looked between the two younger girls, not really knowing what to think.

At least they were standing up now, right? That was... Something. "You should really get your robes into the wash as soon as possible." Not to mention themselves. That was surely obvious. She approved of the girls - Sam, it was, wasn't it? - spell, but that wasn't going to get rid of germs and grime, just stop them from looking ridiculous and getting cold in the meantime. "Charlie Czesanka," she finally managed, in response to Angel's introduction.

HEY. Resting had been her suggestion in the 'good for you' category! Not that she would say anything, but still. Principal. "Get settled in and get some rest tonight." She advised the younger girl, twisting her hair around her finger. Gosh, this was like work. "Things'll seem brighter tomorrow. And when... Whoever you've argued with is rested and calm, then you can both work things out." It wasn't bad if she didn't believe in her own advice, was it? Surely it was good enough to help the kid out, though.

Okay: another problem with Hogwarts she’d found. The bathroom system was dreadful. Like, really bad. She was having to sprint through the school between classes only to find she was on the completely wrong floor and had to dash around the place again. It was rubbish.

And apparently, the toilets were HAUNTED? So it was looking like she’d have to write home and ask for a port-a-potty be delivered to her new school pronto. But until then, Tilly never spent more than 34 seconds tops in the bathroom stalls out of fear she’d be about to flush when a ghost popped up to say hello.

Thankfully this time, she didn’t leave the stall traumatised. She lifted her school bag up from where she’d tossed it onto the ground while she raced into the bathroom (though she did slow down to a quick little canter when she noticed it was previously occupied) and swung it over her shoulder.

She circled the taps a good few times, examining them carefully just to be safe. YES, she had learned about one of these sinks leading to a gigantic snakes lair thanks to her mother.

Seriously, what even is this place???

other than AWESOME.

Maggie wasn't used to going to the bathroom by herself - it was one of those things you did with your girlfriends after all DURR - so she usually tried to leave as quickly as possible again after...you know...using it. Besides they were rather creepy. And old. And possibly haunted though that might have just been her imagination. After learning about the existence of a Poltergeist, however (thank you Kyroh) she was even more wary of going places by herself.

What if this Peeves person (???) threw poo at her?

That of course didn't mean that Maggie didn't stop to check out her own reflection in the mirror. It WAS rather beautiful after all. Oh, who was she kidding, it was just beautiful, no rather about it. So she was smiling at the mirror, fluffing up her hair, then combing through it with her fingers again when a girl emerged from one of the stalls. Nothing interesting about it of course.

That is until she started circling the taps a few times. THAT caught Maggie's attention and she watched the other girl in the mirror for a few seconds. "What are you doing?" Please stop because it was distracting her from her reflection.

After using the bathroom Cinna went to go wash her hands at the sink, her brown eyes glanced up at her reflection in the mirror. She pushed her hair back behind her ear on one side. No, she didn't like it. She did the same thing with the other side. Her ears looked big. So she fixed her hair back to cover up her ears. There that was better even though it was just the same as before.

Suddenly she remembered that she had a camera in bag, the camera that she should be using to do her charms homework with. She pulled it out of her bag. She held up a peace sign and made a fishy face into the mirror. Holding up the camera so her reflection in the mirror would show up on the photo.

Snap.

She grabbed the picture as it popped out of the Camera. Took a look at it. It was okay, not at good as she thought it was going to be, but it looked good. She got her wand and tapped the Photo. "ALACER."

Mmmmmmm nothing.

she tapped the photo again. "Alacer!" It worked this time. Cool and the picture looked really good. She smiled as she seen her self holding up a peace sign and then making a fishy face.

Well this maybe a funner assignment than she thought. She just needed four more pictures now. It wouldn't take her no time to get it done now. There had to be tons of things that she could take pictures of around the castle.

Their trip outside had gone better than expected. Beverly had prepared herself to catch fleeing fairies. Thank Merlin Chomper's presence had helped. Violet and him seemed to have clicked.

Arriving at the girl's bathroom, Beverly opened the jar lid and watched carefully as the fairies flew out. Trinny perched herself on Beverly's head, as if adorning it. Violet sat at her shoulder next to Chomper, one buzzing and the other squeaking as if they were having a conversation.

It was time to clean the jar and make it comfortable for the fairies to stay in. At least, that was the intention until a few students walked in, sending the fairies into panic. Fortunately she was able to gather both pixies into the jar.

This was how trust worked. They trusted she'd keep them safe, and that's exactly what she was going to do.

This Prefect was out.

Now, how disappointed would Fuller have been if Sophie DIDN'T take at least ONE picture of herself making goofy faces? She was certain he was expecting that of her - or, at least, for SOME part of her homework to be less than serious as it left plenty of room for creativity. And mischief. If she was REALLY smart, she would've taken a picture of Culloden when he opened the door of his office and got covered in glitter, but she had been far too focused on the theatrics of it. It was disappointing, really, as she was certain Fuller would have enjoyed SEEING that his donated glitter had gone to good use... but Culloden probably would've stolen the picture from her anyway and refused to let her turn it in even for homework purposes. Heh. So. Maybe it was okay. Silly selfies would make up for it anyway.

Positioning herself in front of one of the mirrors in the bathroom, Soph squinted at it and cast, "Tergeo. Scourgify," on the mirror because there was... weird stuff on there, but now it was CLEAN and she could see herself very nicely in it. Holding the camera up, Soph practiced a few faces first - she varied from a shocked expression to an angry one, then sad, then sticking her tongue out, and cycled through various other goofy expressions until she found a few that she liked and made a PLAN.

She had the expressions all worked out and ready to go.

When she was ready, she CLICKED THE BUTTON and cycled through the goofy expressions she wanted to make before taking her finger off the button. ANTSY to see how it turned out, Soph peered in at the picture closely as it came out, and... hehe, the picture when it WASN'T moving was already funny, and she quickly tapped the middle of the picture with her wand and cast, "Alacer."

And the picture. was. HILARIOUS.

Soph thought so, at least, and she laughed aloud at the picture, deeply and wonderfully. Fuller would LOVE this, and hopefully it would make him laugh, too. Merlin. She kind of wanted to go deliver this homework to him personally and make sure he looked through the pictures RIGHT AWAY so she could narrate as he went. She needed at least ONE more picture before she had to worry about that, though, so she tucked away the photograph and set off to... hmm, maybe she WOULD check the kitchens to see if Thompson was cooking. She'd love to get an action shot of that. OFF SHE WENT.

Too many people in Hogwarts were going mad, and AJ decided for once in her life it might just be a good idea to pop in and wash her hands. Her theory was that something wasn't quite right with the pumpkin juice, but you couldn't be too sure anymore.

Just in case the crazy was contagious, she was going to be proactive. AJ turned the water on and let it run over her hands for a moment before getting some soap. The warm water felt nice, and instantly warmed her up.

Angel decided that she was going to go into the girls bathroom, to wash her hands... she had been messing around and she was covered in mud, she had been trying to stand on her hand and unfortunately she had fallen over but well no one needed to know that.

Angel suddenly saw her sister in the room, she would normally be messing her sisters hair up now with the mud but after what had happened she decided that she wouldn't say anything about it, instead she went and washed her hand. She missed her sister but well did her sister want her speaking to her in the end she decided to be formal. "Hello Miss Valentine." Angel was afraid her sister would still hate her.

Miss Valentine? Had a professor joined her in the bathroom? Without having to look she knew the voice belonged to her sister. AJ knew that things were not okay between them, and Angel's greeting only proved that further. Granted she did speak to her, and that showed some progress.

AJ could play this game too. "Hello yourself, Miss Valentine." See how that worked. Okay, so AJ was the one who had chopped off Angel's hair, but that didn't make her any less mad about the situation and how everything went down. She had no intentions on apologizing first. She was way too prideful.

"I'm sorry I called you weak." Angel whispered to no one in particular... she made sure her sister could here her though before she turned on the tap to wash her hand, when she was done she looked at her sister. "So Miss Valentine, what you doing today?" Angel wondered if they could drop the formality but she wouldn't until her sister did.

AJ turned to face her sister head on. "I'm sorry... were you speaking to me? Because I couldn't tell." Apology NOT accepted. Yeah, AJ was going to be a big ol' stubborn girl about this.

"Why Miss Valentine, I think I shall get started on some homework and kick back with some hot cocoa. I do love how it warms me up inside. I feel like a hot and fresh chocolate chip cookie." Beaming was happening. Maybe just maybe AJ was mocking Angel.

"I'm good myself, I'm actually finding out I can do things without my sisters distracting me, isn't that good Miss Valentine." Okay so that was a lie but she had a feeing that her sister wasn't taking this serious. "Oh it's like a few nights ago... I found some chocolate lip gloss normally I would have given it to a sister but I used some and I loved it." Angel smiled. "Isn't chocolate lip gloss so cool Miss Valentine?"

Angel then heard her sister speak and she just turned away... she was missing her sister so much but at the minute she wasn't ready to say it to her face.

"That sounds nice Miss Valentine." Angel was totally playing now. "If that is what you want to do then you should do it Miss Valentine... I think I'll be going and climbing a tree and seeing how high I can go."

Keeping up this little act, AJ clasped her hands together out in front of her. "That is just wonderful dear. I daresay you may just be growing up." It may actually do Angel some good to be on her own for a while. Perhaps that was what Airey was trying to accomplish by having the girls in separate dorms. AJ loved her sister but it was nice to be your own person every once in awhile. "That's very healthy for you."

And why was she telling her about this lip gloss? "Good for you, Miss Valentine." AJ could get her own chocolate lip gloss, and was not worried in the least about Angel's. AJ shrugged her shoulders in response to her question. As for as AJ was concerned, Angel could have it. The lion was capable of getting her own.

Mmmhmm. "Do be careful dear. We all know you are not the sporty type." It would be a shame if she went and got herself hurt. "Maybe you should just stick with doing your hair." That seemed safe enough for her sister.

Angel looked at her sister as she continued this little act... she was really upset about things and now she was totally scared of things getting out of hand with her sister just like they were with Abby and now she was really worried with her sister.

Angel sighed as she washed her hand. "Don't worry Miss Valentine I will be climbing trees and actually I think I'll be good at it." Angel smiled seriously didn't her sister know she did more than just do her hair.

Angel looked at AJ and decided that here went nothing. "Miss Valentine, I'm really sorry I said you were going soft." Angel looked straight into her sister eyes. "I miss you and I don't like fighting with you." Angel was trying to hold back the tears.

Something was off with Angel, but AJ wasn't going to investigate, at least not now. She was too far gone into this little game, and she was NOT going to be the first one to call it quits.

Before she could stop it, a snort escaped from deep in her throat. "I wouldn't bet on that. Might wanna trade in your skirts for jeans." Just a little helpful advice. AJ had no idea why she was being so snappy, but once she started it was hard to stop. The smile that Angel gave her made her feel a little guilty, but not guilty enough to stop.

AJ was just about to open her mouth and retort when she realized that Angel was actually apologizing. She was being a little smart with it, but it was still an apology. AJ still wasn't going to give up that easy. "You know I'm not soft." And it wasn't cool that she said that.

The second year sighed. "I miss you too, and I really don't like fighting with you either." AJ didn't like drama at all really. She had her fair share of it with Ian.

"I really... really... really am sorry I said you were soft." Angel hoped that her sister would forgive her... she turned away from her sister and waited and prayed her sister would forgive her.

Apparently her bracelet was IN here. She held out the crystal, which was still spinning in quick, little circles. Hmmph. "Keep spinning if I get closer to where my bracelet is--" she said clearly and VERY authoritatively to her crystal. It kept at the current pace--but as she moved towards the stalls, it was slowing down--Eden made a face and stepped back towards the sinks. And it spun more quickly.

SO. She supposed her bracelet was near the sinks. Examining them from afar, she couldn't see her bracelet from here--but she tucked the crystal back in her pocket for now. IF she needed it again, she'd use it. She looked behind each faucet--and she didn't SEE it--ugh--she then pulled out the crystal again. "Spin if I get closer to my bracelet--" she said loudly, and the crystal spun slowly as she went back towards the door. Well.

Ugh.

She thought she saw...something shiny..and when she knelt down next to the biiiig doors, she SAW IT! HER BRACELET! Scoooooping it up quickly, she put it around her wrist and RAN off to return to Divination--YAYAYAY!
