Katrina nodded at Maine's suggestion, writing it down, but still a bit doubtful about the whole thing. "But, by doing this it could cost quite a few problems the won't be so easily solved by just... levitating the furniture," Katrina mused to herself. Like... possibly ruining the formation of everything. Despite how many workers there were in this department, this could have a major chance of backfiring... and turning into an aquarium as opposed to a workplace.
"We can also go check in with the other departments to see if they have any equipment," Katrina pointed out. So really, they wouldn't have to buy anything at all. And the Ministry was full of different departments, there had to be at least one level with the equipment they would need. "But, we could definitely transfigure things as well," Katrina said, jotting all of this down. "But before we talk about getting the equipment, we would have to figure out what we would need first," Katrina pointed out.
She looked up at everyone. "So, besides fish and rocks, what else would we need?" Katrina asked before looking over at her Department head who.. was off to a meeting, already? "Good luck Mister Recard," Katrina said before he left. Echem... so, back to planning.

Katrina beamed however when Holli gave a suggestion. "That should work perfectly!" Katrina said, nodding her head. And definitely good to make sure that the whole pond was clean and the whatnot.
So... fish, fish food, and rocks... that didn't seem like a very long list...

Armen excited the lifts as he arrived back on Level six and beamed excidedly as he walked in on the small crowd of employees still busily planning the new addition of a Koi pond to their waiting area. "Well, we're building a koi pond, which is obvious, and we've decided what materials we would need for it, such as rocks, fish, fish food, and pebbles to line the bottom of the pond," Katrina said. And maybe something to knock a hole in the wall, but probably not a good time to bring that up. "And maybe some moss to make the pond look more... natural," Katrina added, just thinking of it. Go quick thinking, right? She glanced back at her barely scribbled on paper and nodded. "So we were just wondering if you would possibly know where we'd get the supplies?" Katrina asked.
She had just noticed someone else walk in and smiled politely at her before getting back to worrrk. Because afterwards everyone deserved a lovely coffee break.

Layla slowly made her way to the waiting area of her department noticing that a few of her co-workers and her boss were already gathered and seemed to be planning or waiting, whichever, she didn't know and it didn't much seem to matter. The fact was, she was not late.
She sunk into a seat and crossed her legs. Right, they were supposed to be building a koi pond? Yeah she got that they were gorgeous and exotic and the works but really...a koi pond? Were the other departments working on koi ponds too? She would have to see for herself later.

Andie was just pretty quiet, for once, just hanging out in the back ground, not doing much, lost at what was going on. She was now sorta getting an idea though, so she was glad of that. Andie just wanted to start making the Koi Pond, with the pretty fishies.
She let Katrina explain everything to their boss, partially because Andie herself didn't really know what they were doing. Andie looked at one of the newest people to walk into the room, and gave her a grin. "Hi!" Had Andie met her? She didn't think so.

She smiled at the person and did a curt little nod." Hello." She greeted. Yes Layla Dacosta could be very friendly, unlike her sister in the MLE. Dacs really needed to lighten up sometimes."Layla Dacosta..you are?" She really should get on with the whole meeting everyone in the department part of work. It was terrible that she only knew like two persons.

Backtracking his steps, Cyryl peaked his head into the waiting room, eying the group that was in there before taking a few steps over them, gaze lingering on the area the patronus had vanished to. "Did someone say koi pond?" Because he knew he heard someone say it. Those things were made of AWESOME! Were they getting one?

Rose entered the waiting room after her outing with Emily. She still didn't understand why they were building a koi pond in the first place. Must be one of Borr's weird ideas as usual.
Ah, well..she noticed a group standing near one corner of the room. She made her way towards them, hoping she wasn't late. Hopefully, Armen wouldn't yell at her. She cringed at the thought. Ugh. That would be a little embarrasing. "Hi guys."

"Now everyone we are going to go visit our friend on level four and I'm not talking about Ms. Radley and her folks. We will be seeing Mr. Belmonte and the fair people of Environmental protection. They will have all the supplies we need!" And with that he waved his hand over his shoulder and walked into an open lift.
OCC: Everyone can come! Keep your hands in feet in the vehicle at all times, don't touch anything, stay with the group and as always...no flash photography. Thank you! lol The lifts are taking us here

Well it's a good thing he had heard someone say koi pond when he did, because he didn't get this memo! Glancing at the others in the room, especially at the woman who arrived after he did, (silently thanking Merlin that he wasn't the only one who didn't know about this), Cyryl snapped his attention back to Recard mentioned the fourth level. They were visiting the GREEN level?
The level his best friend worked on. HAHA!
Hopping into the open lift, there was no way he would miss a chance of messing with Gibby, or helping out with creating the epic koi pond.

Getting ready...with the buffeeeeeet...he was getting reeeaaady...
And that, that right there, was the random tune he was humming as he started setting up the long table of food for the law enforcement peeps; with the help of a certain Rose of course. It was looking pretty awesome in his opinion. Mostly all of his favorite foods! Sandwiches, pastries, drinks (the good kinds OF COURSE), and...and Merlin, he was getting hungry just looking at it.
No one would notice an apple pastry missing would they? It didn't matter because half of one was already gone now anyways.

Rose smiled. "It's nice to meet you too, Cyryl. Where are you from?" She asked, curiously. "Erm..only if you don't mind me asking, that is.." She continued, feeling a little nervous.
She turned looked at the table before she said with a grin, "You know, 'm actually tempted to eat something right now.."
Leo was early today, and he had time to kill, so he sat in the waiting room for a moment. He looked around, proudly admiring the koi pond, which he had had a part in creating. It was beautiful. Sitting back, he pulled his little sister's latest letter out of his pocket, and began composing a reply.

You're wrong. It isn't working. It hasn't worked. It will never work. He hates me. I really did do my best. I think it was the part where Father offered him money that shut the headmaster down. Father still hasn't replied to any of my letters, though I've sent three a week. After that fight, Leo, I don't know if I'll even be allowed home for the summer. Bu after that he had no idea what to say to her. It wasn't the poor childs fault. But she was getting the worst of her fathers anger. She didn't deserve that, she'd done nothing wrong, except perhaps try too hard. That's what Presley did though. She over-achieved. Tried to do more than she was capable of. It was pretty ridiculous, but her father was always pushing her to do more and more and more. And her would continue to do just that untill he found her breaking point. Because he wanted to get as much out of the situation as possible. What a--self-centered jerk.

Maine stepped quickly out of the elevator with a little spring in her step. She'd finally gotten a reply from her incredibly busy sister. She was so proud of Gabby, sitting for the earlier ANS just like she had.
She hadn't unrolled the scroll since she'd got it, and so she slowly peeled open the blue seal with the Beauxbatons crest on it.
Opening the letter, Maine hadn't even gotten past the first paragraph before she laughed. But walking with a letter from Gabrielle LeBlanc was never a good idea. Maine'd probably knock into something.
Rolling the letter up and stuffing it in her pocket, she made her way to the Break Room. Coffee would taste lovely!

Kaishu walked into the waiting room with a HUGE grin on his face. He was having a good hair day and that was reason enough to celebrate. His black boots, which very stylish silver chains, clanked against the floor as he made is way around the room while he held several forms in his hands rolled up like a stick and tapping it against the back of his neck. Who was he supposed to see again? Some chap named Armani?
"Excuse me," he said, flipping his hair. That ought to at least get the ladies' attention. Heh. "I need to see someone about some emergency portkeys for the Department of Environmental Regulation and Protection."

Oh, right! A visitor! Pulling out the Visitor's Log and a quill from under the desk, Maine placed them on the desk and grinned back. Happiness was catchy.
"Gooooood morning and Welcome to Level Six!" she grinned. "What can I do for you today?"
