A back door toward the far side of the classroom opened, and Professor Carlton walked inside. She was wearing a plain white apron covered with splatters of...food? Paint? Markers? Hmm...one could never really tell at this point. Whatever it was, though, was also on her arms and hands, but that didn't seem to bother the professor.

As she walked to the front of the room, she untied her apron, tossed it into a little cardboard box, then retrieved another one. This was nice and clean and had none of that...whatever it was...all over it. "Good afternoon, class. We'll give the stragglers a few more minutes then we'll get started," she said, eying the door as she talked.
