Well, just because she was a top point scorer didn't mean she understood what she was doing. Not that she needed to. When in her life was she going to be living like a muggle anyway? Never!
Although, the words 'points' and 'Destiny' did catch her attention. You get points in the club? And she could bring Destiny. Well, she didn't know if her friend would be willing or not to go, but Evelyn was going to be dragging her there anyways. That is, if the Slytherin really did decide to go. Apparently, she was able to get points for her house.
Quite a tempting offer. Apart from the 'yummy food' part. She was not eating anything she herself or the house elves didn't make.
Sighing, Evelyn shook her head, having a major war in her mind at the moment. Muggle studies. Ehhh. "Alright...I guess." she mumbled, gently rubbing her face before taking another big breathe and letting it out slowly.
Her parents were going to be oh so thrilled once they heard about this...
...Not!
Actually it was quite hard to memorise a book especially for the students because they have memorise quite a few books at the same time. But Marcus decided not to point that out, he had already given the girl some wraps he wasn't about to go overboard with it.
He watched as she sat there thinking about his offer and there was a hint of amusement in is eyes at her internal struggle. After everything he had done for her and Destiny last term and she still couldn't stand to be anywhere near him.
At her words a huge smile spread across his face, "You'll have a great time. Just you watch" he said as his excitement got the better of him. He couldn't wait to get the club started.

Kylie'd been basically in a shell most of last year, so she hadn't gotten to do so then. She perked up at this Muggle Studies club thing, she hadn't heard about it until now... then again, she hadn't heard of a LOT until now. She looked up at the Gryffindor who'd said it--she didn't know him. She'd have to talk to him sometime later.

He knew the Gryffindor was only here because Evelyn was here but there was no need to let the kid off that easily.
