Just the perfect way to start her first day, no? She performed a drying charm on herself and looked around the coffee room. It didn't look like the most pleasant place she had ever set foot in but it wasn't like it was hell on earth ya know? Shaking her head Loreali looked for some cream to go in her coffee but there was none to be found. Perfect. Just perfect. She would either have to stop at a coffee house in the morning before work or actually bring her own cream. How odd. She took her black coffee and sat down at a table, making a face of disgust after taking that first sip of straight black coffee. There was no way she could drink that. A mumbled "gross" came from her mouth as she got out a surfing magazine and sighed. Oh how she wanted to be on a surfboard at home just surfing her days away.
Egypt was in the process of digging through the fridge looking for some water and she didn't see the new arrival walk into the room. When she stood up to close the door she caught sight of the poor girl.
"Oh my," she exclaimed at the girl's appearance.
Egypt walked over to the table she was sitting at.
"Rough day?" she asked gently. Maybe the girl was homeless and this was her first job? Or maybe her house was blown up, or there was a power outage and she got dressed in the dark. Either way the girl looked like she could use a friend.
