"Good. Two points to each of you." He waved his wand and points came up on the board. He rattled them off as the did so. - The ability to chronicle the life of the plant
- Being able to see mistakes made, in order to correct them
- Keep a checklist of things to be done daily so they are not forgotten
- Note day-to-day changes
"In addition, in the cases of experimentation..." - Take note of what was used and when
- Record any and all effects had on the plant
- Keep a record of how the plant affects others around them
- Note changes in needs (light, nutrients, and soil type)
"Now, can anyone think of why I would have you journal each time I have you care for a plant?"
