As we told you several days ago, rehearsals for Half-Blood Prince have been taking place this week, according to Dan Radcliffe. The director of photography, Bruno Delbonnel, has confirmed that actual filming will start on Monday September 24th. This news also confirms the rumour that Bruno Delbonnel would be replacing Slawomir Idziak (Order of the Phoenix) as director of photography for the sixth film. Delbonnel has also said that Jany Temime (Prisoner of Azkaban, Goblet of Fire & Order of the Phoenix) will be returning as costume designer.
