Alex entered the Potions classroom and gave Professor Branxton a polite nod before making her way to the back of the room. She took a seat in one of the desks and grabbed her Potions textbook out of her bag. After having done so, the girl placed her bag underneath her desk.

Silently groaning at the fact that there would be no wands involved, Alex placed it back in her robes. She opened her textbook at a random page and read while waiting quietly for class to begin.
