As you enter through the front door, the first thing your eyes land upon is a closed door which houses the sole closet of your studio flat. The closet is charmed to be able to hold far more belongings than what one could assume without taking too much additional space over the shop below. To the left of the closet, is the open living space. This is your living room/bedroom combo, and is well lit with a large sliding glass door that opens out into a deck overlooking the alley. The window is charmed to keep any onlookers from being able to see inside, however a curtain can always be a welcome addition to the overall cheer and hominess.

Across from the living area is the small kitchenette. Amenities include a dishwasher, 4 burner stove top, fridge and plenty of cabinets. The cabinets themselves are not overly deep, however they can be charmed to hold more if needed - either by the tenant or one of the rental experts at the shop. Through the kitchen is also where the bathroom can be located. Bath boasts a single porcelain sink, bath and shower combo and an upgraded toilet.
