She honestly wanted to cry, but crying about things out of your control didn't really fix anything so instead of that she was going to think about what she could do rather than fall into the bottomless well of dispair. If she did do that though, at least there were people around who could throw her a bucket so she could latch on to it and get pulled out from it!

People like Solomon who was already coming up with plans and thinking about what could be done. He was so amazing, did he remember? "The Forbidden Forest? Going in there won't help the climbing tree though and I don't think we should abandon it in its time of need!" She had zero qualms with going into the Forbidden Forest, by the way, and was all about meandering off into supposedly off limits places. She had gone on an adventure into the Shrieking Shack with Nadia last term! "We need sandwiches if we are going into the forest though, for sustenance!"

The third year offered a little curtsey to Brandon as he collected her fallen flowers and accepted them with a tiny smile when she was struck with an absolutely brilliant idea! "Let's decorate the branches with these flowers! We can weave them into flower crowns too if you fancy. Right now...I bet the tree is feeling pretty violated in having its natural beauty all scratched up and discombobulated like it is now...and maybe we can conjure some bandages to help hold the wonky branches in place so they can mend too." Was she concerned with finding out who done it? Of course! But she was a little more concerned with starting this pivotal part of the Hogwarts' grounds' healing process. "A lot of these tufts of grass look like they can be replanted if we put them back in the right spot...like a puzzle!"

They were joined by yet another peer which lifted Anna's spirits all the more because it meant that there were more healing hands present to help the climbing tree! "We've got a couple of theories based on the evidence," Anna explained while pretending to hold up a magnifying glass to inspect one of the nearest bits of the tree where the bark had been torn or scratched or blasted off. "...but right now we are just trying to make our precious climbing tree feel better by setting its branches like one might do with a broken bone or decorating it with these wildflowers I've collected or fixing the jigsaw puzzle that has become of the grass around it."
