There are nice Slytherins, personality-wise. Being a Slytherin doesn't necessarily make one evil/bad. That being said, I think that Harry would not have been influenced by other Slytherins whether this was in the form of a Draco/Harry friendship or choices made by other Slytherins {like being mean to students from other others}. Harry's moral compass his rather high, IMO.

Snape would possibly still be hostile towards him given the fact that he was James' son; I don't think this is something Snape would have easily gotten over even if Harry was Sorted into Slytherin.
