Aurora had no idea why she had found herself out at the domes that afternoon. She didn’t feel like staying cooped up in the castle for any longer and despite it being May, the Great British weather had decided that it wasn’t going to be a nice warm Spring day but rather a dreary grey one. The domes were charmed so that they were much more comfortable temperature wise and meant she could enjoy being outside without actually getting soggy from the rain. Despite not being afraid of a little mud, Aurora wasn’t the biggest fan of getting wet. It made her hair go super frizzy and she looked a little like an ungroomed poodle! That and she had decided that she was going to attempt to do some homework in somewhere that wasn’t the Common Room. The castle could be a little dark and old fashioned for Rory’s liking, it could do with a little bit of PINK in her clearly expert opinion. And plants. And more animals! And sparkly things!!

The eleven year old settled herself in one of the domes and cosied down on one of the chairs. It was currently empty although she wouldn’t be opposed to someone joining her if they wanted. Not that she needed a distraction from her homework.. Thankfully as a first year her assignments weren’t particularly difficult and she was sure she could get it finished before the deadline.
