A path is not simply for walking, its purpose lies in moving forward and improving oneself. 'This is ridiculous.'
That's what Daniel kept thinking as his feet dragged him up a steep hill toward the cars. He used to enjoy driving his toy electric car around the manor he lived in as a child, but driving one of these now seemed childish.
So why was he not turning around and returning to the castle? After all, it wasn't mandatory and he still had an essay to write for Transfiguration. He wasn't sure, but he did know that the red car he had in his line of eyesight, resembling his own childhood car, looked completely stupid. "Is this going to be a race?"
Because if it was, he wasn't just going to win. He was going to destroy all of them.
