"It seems unsurprising to me at least one of her kids would have a reptile as well." She wondered if they all were as interested in magical creatures as their mum. Glancing around at the other creatures, she found herself making her way towards the Chilyan Fire Dragon, feeling far more comfortable closer to something with legs.

Hearing the question, she looked down at Naveen and opened her hands a little more so Raj could see him - or he could also hop away to be closer to any of the other enclosures if that's what he wished. "This is Naveen, my Australian green tree frog. Thought he could use some company and this was the best place I could think of. What brings you here?"
Rajesh nodded in agreement. It was bound to happen that one of the Paton kids would have that in common with their mom. Just like it was bound to happen that between the Paton and Atreyu-Rehman clans, the love of creatures would abound. “Why hello, Naveen,” he bowed down and greeted the little frog just as he would most of either the two- or four-foot variety. “Ah yes, being around just humans can be so boring,” he mused, like he could read the amphibian’s mind before straightening up to his full height.

“Just spending time with the creatures.” There were times where one just needed to be with the more animalistic kind. Not that he was unhappy about Mouse being around. “Though if this doesn’t work, you could try the owlery or the creature barn too,” he suggested, thinking of another amphibian he was familiar with. “Dad’s toad Gus was besties with Papa’s owl Conrad even before the two of them were friends in school.” They weren't limited to their own kind for sure as long as they weren't prey of each other.
