This sort of thing made Brandon anxious. The floor is lava sounded like a recipe for someone falling and hitting their head. But Brandon had been talked into it by a friend, and his concern for his friend getting hurt convinced him to come.
Looking over the scene, Brandon decided that this didn't seem TOO dangerous. He guessed they'd have to cross without falling into the ball pits. Cross on what? And what were all those objects for? Brandon had several silent questions.
He stood near Professor Khanna, because he thought they were cool. And respected the safety of kappas, even fake ones. He also stood nearish to Professor Carton, who seemed to be in charge(was he going to transfigure things?). He didn't say much to anyone, though. Only a quiet 'hi'. Brandon wasn't upset, he just wasn't particularly talkative. |
