~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes. With his materials gathered, Jude got to work. This was a nice way to distract him from his thoughts. It actually worked like a charm given how focused he was being just so that his artwork could at least look the slightest presentable. Just exactly what was his idea? Well, since ‘Eructo’ meant ‘erupt’, the first thing that came to mind was a volcano. His volcano would not have ash and magma. That’s right. It was a water volcano, even though there may be no such thing in real life.
Jude started off with two lines, moving his pencil from the bottom corners of the page up until he was halfway across it. The lines didn’t meet then; not until he drew in a huge circle which serves as the crater, that is. The circle is what linked the two. Okay, so things seemed to be going smoothly thus far. It was a really simple drawing so there shouldn’t be too much trouble for him, right? And his intended volcano DID look like one, albeit being a little lopsided to the right.
Oh well. |
