I've played both parts of The Last of Us on PS3 & PS4 and what helps is the games have an incredible story (not surprising from Naughty Dog in general) that a show or movie would have a good setup. I was pleased to how faithful it was and any changes only added to the episode. It's challenging for me to sit through new shows today but I'm excited for the next episode.
