Somehow, Tommy had made it to his sixth year. How was beyond him, but he was crediting skipping most meal times as part of it. Being around that many people too often was a sure fire way to ignite the fuse on his far too short temper.
A temper that was particularly short today, for no other reason than he'd woken up and someone had looked at him. He'd spent the day avoiding his classes and now that dinner was winding down he finally decided to head down to the kitchens. Having missed both breakfast and lunch (and as a result the box in his trunk needed replenishing of protein bars), his mood had only grown more foul and the eagerness of the elves did little to help it.
Throwing himself into a chair, he agreed with whatever one of them decided to serve him with an emhatic, "Whatever."
