I feel like everybody has at least one good trait. You can't just be a tyrant who steals candy from babies on the weekends. Almost everyone has some kind of bond or some kind of good quality about them. That being said, we don't know what that good trait is, because it's never been explored. We only see the Professor try to shut down the Order and torture the members.
