5 was her earliest memory of having gone to Florean’s. It was December, her birthday, and her Dad had specifically gotten a port to London for ice cream. He said Florean’s was one of his favorite places where he used to hang out with Aunt Fee, and then he’d take her after to Sugarplum’s where he met her mom.

She remembered the excitement. And then the utter AWE at the vast menu. She hadn’t been able to decide, he’d ordered her 5 different scoops and 5 for himself.

The tummy ache was legendary, but the menu still made her smile.
