Ever since she discovered the aviary, it had become one of Karleigh's favorite places to study. There was something about the sounds of nature when trying to focus that was very relaxing to the fifth year. Of course, she still enjoyed her regular study sessions with her cousins as they were very productive with them all preparing for OWLs and NEWTs, but this was nice for when she was on her own.
She took a seat under the canopy of mundane birds so she could listen to them sing like background music while she studied. What should she start with though? The fifth year dug through her bag before pulling out her Care of Magical Creatures textbook. She could study for the theory portions of her exam and it felt rather inspiring while she was out here in the midst of nature.
