Kamran Kazmi had just about_H A D_I T.

Actually, he'd just about had it several months ago. Several months ago, he'd also been a lot less knowledgeable about magical vine plants. In doing his part researching, Kamran knew a lot more about vines than he had ever wanted to know, and yet very little about the school's particular problem. Nobody else seemed to have answers for them either.

So the investigation had continued. The Hogwarts library had its own treasure trove of secrets, hidden away in the books, and no doubt one of them... somewhere... could tell them something. Surely. Hopefully.

Entering the library, Kamran headed towards the Restricted Section, stopped suddenly, and rerouted to look for Meda. One, because she had the key, and two, because several sets of eyes were better than one. Even if it was unlikely that just the two of them would be able to comb the entire library all that effectively, and that they'd do better, and faster, with many more eyes than just theirs.

Also, if it looked like he was limping, it was because he was attempting to walk off a nagging pain in his leg; one of those nasty little vines had grabbed his ankle on the way up the stairs. He'd tripped. Fallen. It had been a whole thing. He didn't want to talk about it.
