Expertly putting her gloves on, Violet proceeded to methodically crush the sulphur gems between her hands and add them to her cauldron. next she measured out the armadillo bile and proceeded to stir the solution in her cauldron into a clockwise vortex before pouring the bile in. As she was waiting for her solution to stop spinning, she heard Professor Jernandez giving out the next instructions.

Violet was so shocked she nearly forgot to spoon in her flobberworm mucus. Was he
kidding!?! A grand melee with noxious potions was the last thing this school needed this year. She just hoped she didn't turn out to be allergic to this potion like that one Healer Poppy had used last year--she was just finally starting to get over that. She mused glumly about the foolhardiness of grownups as she drizzled a cup of whale oil into her potion.
