No offense to whoever coordinated this whole ~banquet~, but Zoryn wasn't a fan of this high society wizard whatever. She liked parties just fine, but these things were typically snooze fests (again, no offense). She was here for the free food and the free food alone. And if there was a chance to slip out earlier and hit the clubs with her wife, she'd be doing just that. And would probably find a way to pull Théo into the shenanigans with them as a true friend ought to do.

Let the press have their field day. So be it.

It was bad enough having to show up without Faith by her side. Apparently there was some sort of emergency at the dragon reserve. It was only with her promise of showing up as soon as they got it handled that convinced Zoryn to go on ahead without her. And in the meantime, she'd keep herself entertained with the likes of "Tayoooooooooooooooo!" She could spot that raggedy mop head from miles away. She, of course, zoomed up behind him, giving his full head of hair a ruffle. "Sup, Seldy. Bet you're relieved to not be preggo anymore." Good on her. She could have a couple of drinks tonight. It'd be a travesty to have to sit through the event without them.

She offered both of them a pageant worthy smile before looking around the table for her own seat, the one next to Faith's. As it should be. And look who else was at their table! "Rylee, what's up? What's UP!?" If any of her teammates decided to skip out on this, they'd be hearing a mouthful from Zor. She didn't want to be here either, but lo and behold. "And Rylee's boo. Good to see you too, dude."

As for others, she recognized some players and those she didn't recognize, she assumed to be from the ministry. They were her enemies, obviously. With all their nonsense rules and restrictions. But hey! Look at her now. Back on the team, suspension rightfully behind her. Hot wife on the way. Life was bliss.

... Was that their mascot? Huh. She forgot they didn't just walk around in their costumes everyday. "Falconboy wonder," she greeted him, only then turning to the man (Brody) he was sitting by. "And you must be Kalen's boyfriend." Z didn't think she and Kalen had all that much in common, but look at them. Cute.
