There was nothing quite like a fresh cup of self brewed coffee when settling in for a long night at work...But sometimes she wanted someone else to make a warm beverage for her. And sometimes not at work.
Peggy checked her watch as she entered the café. She was a few minutes early, but she could go ahead and order their drinks and get a table. Luckily she knew Aurora's order, so she placed the order at the bar and carried the two drinks to a table by the window, positioning herself to both see and be seen, whenever her friend arrived. |
