Busy department head was busy busy BUSY.

It had been a long, dull morning of working paperwork and dealing with the in-tray, and Sian had tempered it with a large coffee and the tastiest millionaire's shortbread she'd had in weeks. Now that was done, and she had the opportunity to stretch her legs, she was strolling around the Level Three work areas with some PEP in her STEP, and another coffee in hand, even more weighed down with sugar than the last one.

Everyone was doing what they should be doing, hmMmMM?
