Not in the general sense at least; they were always ready to come back for more. Even when the dull roar of the world was muted right down, they were still ready. Right now though, they'd said they were done, and meant it. Nem took the detention pronouncement - first ever - in silence, didn't even look around this time, at Recard nor at anyone else. They took note of that mutter, though, the one just loud enough for her voice to be more on the familiar side of vague. Nem couldn't be sure of exactly what she'd said, but the tone itself was sufficient.
This had all worked out decently enough. Not bad, they supposed, given the situation. Maybe eventually something they'd be able to appreciate, but it seemed stupid to expect so much at this point.
