Ash felt a wave of relief. What a horrible feeling. You had pretty much hit rock bottom when you were glad that an animal was dead and not a human. It was so bad, she couldn't even cry much. She was basically emotionally numb at this point. "She must have gotten hit with a killing curse." She just stood there to the side and stuck her hands in her pockets painedly. She had heard, but not seen it. She knew who must have done it, clearly the hooded figures, but she could hardly say that. She didn't want to die like the poor jarvey had. Mollywobbles.
