It didn't go unnoticed by Phoebe that their foes were just regular Muggle families enjoying a day out. Not dangerous. Not deserving of EXPLODING. But they were also just dummies, and it wasn't a moment to get indignant over. The professor might threaten someone again. Or actually hurt someone this time.
With an eye always on wherever Kizzy and Emm were lurking, Phoebe unholstered her wand and traced the triangle shape in the air. They had their little chatty mouths again, which was a relief... and possibly terrible news for both of them. Hopefully they could just focus on the moment and accomplish the task.
