Standing behind a carefully conjured shield charm, Catherina stood back as the other Unspeakables arrived and tried their hand at their apparently-not-so-new friend, the rock golem. Her Bombarda had managed to damage it, but not as much as she had wanted - and she hoped that the others would have more luck.
Watching as Lauren's magically conjured ice was shattered - Catherina moved to try another exploding charm - maybe a stronger variant this time - when Mr. Flamsteed arrived, hissed out a confringo, and watched as the golem was reduced to mere rock pillows.
That was a bit anticlimactic. A relief certainly, but anticlimactic all the same. It seemed too much of an easy win? Still, she knew that if she said anything about it - she will most likely end up losing her job.
So, instead, the blonde waved away her magical shield, and began waving her wand towards some of the destroyed pillows that now surrounded the shelves - like some weird version of snow, casting a quick 'Evanesco' as she went.
As she did so, she glanced at Lauren, Adam, and Jane and asked "You guys ok? Is anyone hurt?"
