Isla should have known that WWW would take his dear, sweet time in answering her. She watched, shovel still propped up in her hand, as he got the kittens situated, fed the kneazles, had his dinner, washed the dishes, took a shower, went to sleep, .... Okay, so she was rambling and making stuff up there toward the end, but the silence did feel like it went on forever.

Finally, he spoke.

Wait a minute. So she and Kitt had to do the SAME amount of work for Kitt to get a FREE kneazle and for her to keep her own, personal pet that she'd brought from home? ... There were so many shouts of 'BUT THAT'S NOT FAIR' ringing through her mind, but she wasn't a fool. She was dang lucky, and she knew it. However, she had a silent conversation with WWW in her mind. It went a little something like this:

You know, there's a third shovel in there. How much you gonna scoop to keep all your kneazles? Blah, blah, blah...

WAIT, WHAT? Early morning wake-up calls 'til Christmas?! That got her attention and shut 'er up (in her mind, at least).

She sighed and started scooping up poop. "Keep my kneazle where, Sir?" she asked. "Still under my bed, or...?" Also, would he mind if she cast a Bubble-head Charm? Something? Anything? That would be her next question after he tackled the two she'd just asked.
