Phoebe came barrrrrrrreling down the hill, pumped by the music and her friends there and HI HEADMASTER. It was exciting, ok? And loud and busy and there was FOOD. Merlin, the food alone would be enough to bring Phoebe down to the party, and it wasn't JUST food. It was food and OTHER STUFF.
