As if Claudine wasn’t having enough bad luck with the activity, Rainwater increased the difficulty of it. She watched in great annoyance as some of the pots spun and head back towards the starting point. There was no way she was going to make it to the other side of the room in five minutes. Especially since the next spells she cast revealed a series of red plants.
Drat it.

And suddenly the pots quit moving. This meant the lesson was over. Claudine was both relieved and annoyed. Quickly she hopped off her pot and moved to collect her belongings. A mental note was made the homework. And with nothing more productive to do, she slipped away without a word to anyone. |
