Tom looked at Kaira and smiled, so she wanted to be super-nauseated, well there was only one thing wrong with this patent. "Your Pregnant, congratulations." Tom pretended to be a doctor. "If that's all, I have plenty of other patients to see." Tom just hoped his new friend could take a joke and wouldn't kill him.
