Isla watched the professor glance out into the corridor for any signs of stragglers. What a difference between him and Trent! At the sound of his over-excited 'Halloween!', the first year forgot all about latecomers and gave him her full attention. She had lots to say on this topic, so raising her hand in the air, she chimed in.

"My mom and I usually make all my costumes together. We're some pretty last minute people, but somehow we manage," she said. "I usually pick something based on what I'm into at the moment, like...a basketball players with a zombie twist!"
