 Detention: Bernadette Grantham
The moon had already begun rising over the lake by the time the Headmaster approached. It would be 7 soon, detention time and if Grantham knew what was good for her, she'd be on time or early. Malachi waited by the edge of the lake. Some of the boats tied by the dock nearby bobbing in the gentle waves. There wasn't much to give away what they'd be doing for the evening but he hoped the girl had eaten her belly full at dinner and was ready to work.
