Cecelia's eyes widened slightly, realizing SHE'D almost forgot to label the inks so she could tell which professor went with each ink spot. She felt SILLY about it and she quickly scribbled each educator's surname under the dot that belonged to them, doing the same thing on the other sheet of filter paper. PHEW! That was a CLOSE one.
Moving on...
Oh. So there was a LOT to do and even if it WASN'T the most complicated series of tasks, Cecelia still had to take a moment and wrap her head around everything they'd just been told ALL at once. Uh..so first she needed to collect some supplies. Yeah.
Beakers first! The first year hurried over to the cupboard, waiting KIND of patiently for it to be her turn and trying REALLY hard not to tap her toes impatiently at the kid in front of her, 'cause that was rude and she KNEW it was. Thing is, Cecelias had trouble waiting sometimes. When she finally DID get her beakers back to her work space, she labeled each and then started to fill them with their correct liquid. Alcohol went in one, wizarding solution in the other.
The paperclip splint swing creation they were meant to create NEXT was fun and Cece really liked building things, so she managed EACH creation fairly quickly. She DID have to adjust the one hanging into the alcohol solution a bit when the paper started to slip, but luckily she'd avoided disaster.
NOW was the guilty professor going to be revealed?!!
